Run WhatsApp, email, SEO, ads and social from one place

One3 Marketing is designed for agencies and Indian SMBs: WhatsApp campaigns in the core tier, journeys on your CRM records and evidence of what each campaign and agent returned. Planned from Wave 1.

Planned · Year 1 (W1)7 modulesYear 1: In
Every business, from a single-location shop to a multi-brand enterprise, can run consented, measurable marketing across WhatsApp, email, search, ads and social from one place, operated by its own team and by rented AI Digital Employees that act only within the limits it sets, and can see with evidence what each campaign and each agent invested and returned.

What Marketing is

Marketing is the One3 app that acquires and nurtures demand across owned, paid and social channels. It runs on the same person and organisation records as CRM, sends through governed Actions that check consent, risk tier and budget before anything leaves the platform, and posts every rupee of spend, whether messages, ads, AI credits or rented agents, and every attributed return into the Investment & ROI Ledger.

The app has seven modules:

  • Marketing Automation (Core, Wave 1, Year 1): segments, email and WhatsApp campaigns, journeys, landing pages, consent and attribution.
  • SEO (Add-on or Standalone, Wave 1, Year 1): Search Console data, site audits, rank tracking, AI-search visibility and content briefs.
  • Ads (Add-on, Wave 2, Year 1): Meta and Google insights, ROAS, budget changes behind approval and per-agent spend limits.
  • Social (Add-on, Wave 2, lite in Year 1): composer, calendar, approvals, scheduling and publishing where platform APIs allow.
  • Sites & Landing Pages (Add-on, first release planned Year 2): multi-page sites with SEO, consent and forms.
  • Events & Webinars (Add-on, Wave 4): registration, tickets, attendance and follow-up.
  • Loyalty & Referrals (Add-on, Wave 4): points, tiers, rewards and referral programmes.

Design principles

One Action contract. Launching a campaign, sending a WhatsApp message, changing an ad budget and publishing a post are the same Actions for people, workflows and agents, with risk tiers and reversibility classes. A sent message or published post is externally irreversible: the UI says so and offers "pause remaining sends" or "send correction", never "undo".

Consent always. Every outbound send checks the consent record for purpose and channel plus the suppression list at send time, not only when the segment was built.

WhatsApp-first, India-first, global-ready. WhatsApp is a core channel from the first tier, with INR and GST billing, DLT-aware SMS later and Indian-language operation. Other regional consent modes are designed in for later regions (to verify per jurisdiction).

Every agent rupee tracked to a return. Message pass-through cost, agent-controlled ad spend, AI credits and supervision time are ledger lines; returns come from CRM deals and Billing payments, labelled as assisted or caused.

How it fits with the rest of One3

Forms and landing pages create CRM leads with UTM attribution. Journeys hand qualified contacts to sales or the AI SDR, and recycled leads come back to nurture. Content Hub in Creative Studio supplies briefs, copy and assets. Ad conversions come back from won CRM deals. UPI payment links in journeys come from Billing. Agencies get sub-accounts, snapshots, white-label reports and client approvals in the portal.

Problems solved

What Marketing fixes

Agency tool sprawl

Agencies run 10–15 disconnected tools and build client reports by hand. One tenant covers automation, SEO, ads, social and landing pages on the same CRM records, with per-client dashboards, white-label reports and snapshots.

Leads leak between channels

Leads fall between ads, forms and WhatsApp with no follow-up. Forms and landing pages create CRM leads with attribution, and journeys hand off to sales or an SDR agent.

WhatsApp gated behind higher tiers

Global suites gate WhatsApp to higher tiers or sell it as an add-on priced in USD. WhatsApp template campaigns are planned in the core Marketing Automation module with a cost preview before send.

Contact-tier price cliffs

Pricing escalates as lists grow. Packaging is being tested without contact-count cliffs as the primary meter; no amounts are set.

No proof of return

Nobody can prove what marketing spend and AI returned. Every cost is a ledger line, every revenue figure carries an attribution model and an assisted or caused label.

Agents spend and send without limits

Tenants cannot see or cap what AI agents spend and send. R3 approvals with preview, per-agent daily ad spend limits and auto-pause on quality or ROI guardrails address this.

Rising compliance burden

DPDP consent phases, TRAI rules and WhatsApp pricing changes. Consent records per purpose, suppression, DLT template ids and provider policy tracking in the Fact Register (all to verify).

English-first, desktop-first tools

Owners of small shops, clinics and institutes cannot operate them. Hindi and Tamil UI and AI are planned for Wave 2, with WhatsApp owner commands and approvals.

Key capabilities

What you can do

WhatsApp campaigns in the core tier

Template sync and authoring, throttled sends within messaging limits, a quality-rating guard and a cost preview before approval.

Consent checked at send time

Every recipient is checked for purpose, channel and suppression when the message goes out, not just when the segment was built.

Journeys on CRM records

Event, segment and form entry; waits, branches, sends and field updates; versioned, simulated and with holdout groups.

Segments from plain language

Describe an audience and get the same rule definition, shown before you save, with consent-aware reachable counts.

SEO with AI-search visibility

Search Console import, crawler audits with fix guidance, rank tracking and a flag for AI overview citations.

Ads with spend gates

Meta and Google insights, CRM-attributed ROAS, R3 budget changes and per-agent daily spend limits.

Attribution and ROI Ledger

First, last, linear and position-based models on CRM deals, campaign cost roll-ups and holdout-validated caused revenue.

UPI links inside journeys

Send a Billing payment link in a WhatsApp or email step and branch on paid or expired.

Agency-ready

Sub-accounts, snapshots, white-label SEO and ads reports, client approvals in the portal and per-client rebilling.

Workflows

How the work flows

End-to-end workflows inside the app and across One3.

WhatsApp festival campaign

An owner or agency launches a consented WhatsApp campaign with cost preview and approval.

  1. 1.Build a segment from a plain-language request and review reachable counts per channel.
  2. 2.Pick an approved WhatsApp template or author a new one and submit it for provider approval.
  3. 3.Generate brand-voice copy variants with a brand-check score.
  4. 4.Submit the campaign; the R3 approval shows rendered content, audience counts, cost estimate and risk flags.
  5. 5.The owner approves from the web or WhatsApp; sends are throttled within messaging limits.
  6. + 1 more steps →

Lead nurture journey with sales handoff

A not-yet-ready lead is nurtured and handed back to sales when it shows intent.

  1. 1.CRM sends a not-ready lead to a Marketing journey.
  2. 2.The journey waits, branches on clicks and WhatsApp replies and sends consented messages.
  3. 3.A holdout group is excluded to measure lift.
  4. 4.On a score threshold or reply, the journey creates a CRM task or hands off to the AI SDR.
  5. 5.Attribution credits the journey on the won deal and posts the result to the ROI Ledger.

Agent-paced ad budget

An Ads Budget Pacer agent keeps spend on plan within caps and approvals.

  1. 1.Insights sync daily from Meta and Google Ads.
  2. 2.The pacing forecast shows projected month-end spend versus plan.
  3. 3.The agent requests a budget change with a reason.
  4. 4.DoA and the per-agent daily limit are checked; above the cap it goes for R3 approval with before and after.
  5. 5.Agent-controlled spend is posted to the ROI Ledger, and won deals are uploaded as offline conversions with consent checks.

SEO audit to fixed issues

An agency finds, assigns and verifies SEO fixes for a client site.

  1. 1.Connect Search Console and run a crawler audit.
  2. 2.Review issues by severity with why it matters and how to fix.
  3. 3.Turn issues into tasks on the client work board.
  4. 4.The scheduled re-audit shows new, fixed and persisting issues and closes fixed tasks.
  5. 5.A white-label SEO report goes to the client portal.

Security & compliance

Built to be trusted

Consent and suppression at send time

Every recipient is checked for consent purpose, channel and suppression when the message is sent. Unsubscribe and opt-out keywords suppress immediately.

Honest irreversibility

Sends and published posts are externally irreversible. The product offers pause remaining sends or send a correction, never a false undo.

Spend gates for people and agents

Campaign launches and ad budget changes are R3 Actions with preview and approval, and each agent has a daily spend limit per ad account.

Data-principal requests reach marketing data

Access, correction and erasure propagate to segments, enrollments, messages and exports, and consent history is exportable per person.

AI disclosure and provenance

AI-generated social posts carry a flag, a C2PA manifest link for generated media and platform AI labels where supported. Regulated claims in finance, health and education need human approval.

Regulation tracked as facts

DPDP, TRAI TCCCPR and DLT, WhatsApp policy and ad platform terms are tracked in the Fact Register. Dependent features stay off until verified. Not legal advice; verify with counsel.

Frequently asked questions

Is WhatsApp included in Marketing?

WhatsApp template campaigns are planned in the core Marketing Automation module, not a higher tier. Messages carry a pass-through meter because providers charge per message, and a cost preview shows the estimate before approval.

When can I use Marketing?

Marketing Automation and SEO are planned for Wave 1 with GA in Wave 2. Ads and Social lite are planned for Wave 2. Sites is planned for Year 2, and Events & Webinars and Loyalty & Referrals for Year 3.

Will AI agents send messages without my approval?

Agents start in shadow mode. Campaign launches are R3 Actions that need approval, consent is checked per recipient and agents only earn more autonomy after evaluation. You can pause or kill-switch them at any time.

Can I buy only SEO?

Yes. SEO is planned as an add-on or a standalone subscription with a thin shared core.

Does Marketing support SMS?

SMS campaigns with DLT template registration are planned for Wave 3, subject to an open decision. WhatsApp and email come first.

How do you prove ROI?

Every cost becomes a ledger line and every revenue figure carries an attribution model and an assisted or caused label. Caused revenue needs holdout evidence.

Can I migrate from HubSpot or GoHighLevel?

HubSpot and CSV paths are planned for Wave 1 and GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM for Wave 2, with consent flags carried over.
