Eight planned Digital Employees for daily operations, demand planning, replenishment, warehousing, logistics, quality, maintenance and field dispatch. Supervisors approve what moves stock or spend.
Operations & Supply Chain Digital Employees are designed to keep daily operations on plan. They watch exceptions, forecast demand by SKU and location, propose reorders and transfers, plan slotting and cycle counts, choose carriers and prepare e-way bill data, flag quality trends, schedule preventive maintenance from meter and IoT signals and dispatch field technicians.
Most of these roles propose; your supervisors decide. A replenishment proposal becomes a purchase order only through the approval rules you set, and purchase orders are a higher risk tier than proposals.
How they work
- They operate Projects, Dashboards, Forecast & Simulation, Inventory & Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Manufacturing & Quality, Assets & Maintenance, Field Service, IoT Hub and Maps & Location.
- An AI Operations Manager can allocate tasks to other agents and track SOP adherence, reporting to a human operations head.
- Field and warehouse work stays with your people; agents plan, schedule and flag.
Cost and return
The Investment & ROI Ledger records rent, AI usage and supervision time. Results are tracked as KPIs such as stockouts, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery and unplanned downtime, measured against your previous process.
