Industry Edition · I-10
Fleet, trips, proof of delivery and freight billing on one shipment record.
The Logistics Edition is planned for transporters and logistics providers. It links fleet, trips, drivers, proof of delivery, e-way bills and freight billing, with telematics through IoT Hub and AI trip planning.
Transporters run on tight margins. Empty kilometres, late proof of delivery and slow freight billing all cost money, and most of the coordination still happens over phone calls. The Logistics Edition is designed to keep each vehicle, trip and shipment on one record from booking to payment.
How the work runs
- Shipments and trips. Supply Chain & Logistics holds shipments, carriers, lanes and deliveries. Trips group shipments onto vehicles.
- Fleet. Fleet tracks vehicles, drivers, fuel logs and vehicle compliance documents. IoT Hub brings in telematics such as location and engine data.
- Routes. Maps & Location plans routes and shows vehicles on a live map.
- Driver app. Drivers use a mobile app through Field Service to see trips, capture proof of delivery with photos and signatures, and report issues.
- E-way bills. E-way bill details are prepared with each shipment.
- Freight billing. Billing & Invoicing raises freight invoices from completed trips and POD, and tracks payment until the customer pays in full.
Digital Employees
An AI Dispatch & Trip Planner proposes load plans, routes and driver assignments. An AI Logistics Coordinator handles carrier selection, e-way bill preparation and delay alerts. An AI AR & Collections Specialist follows up on freight invoices. They work for dispatchers and accounts staff under supervision. Final assignments and payments are approved by people.
Compliance
E-way bills, motor vehicle rules and driver data protection apply. Driver location and personal data should be collected only for stated purposes, with consent recorded. Confirm obligations with counsel.
