Segments, email and WhatsApp campaigns, journeys and landing pages with consent built in
Marketing Automation plans, sends and measures consented campaigns and automated journeys over email and WhatsApp, targeting CRM records. It captures leads through landing pages and forms and feeds costs and returns to the ROI Ledger.
Audiences you can trust
Every segment shows its total, its reachable count per channel (valid consent, not suppressed, has a contact point) and excluded counts with reasons. The rule builder supports dynamic and static segments with AND/OR groups over CRM contacts, companies, deals, activities, message events and custom fields. Segment from prompt compiles a plain-language request into the same rules and shows them before save. Membership updates on events, with a nightly refresh for time-relative rules. Imported lists carry consent evidence: purpose, source, timestamp and notice version. Exclusions, overlap views, web behaviour and product-interest segments follow in Wave 2, with account-based marketing, lookalike and predictive segments later.
Email and WhatsApp
The email block editor has reusable sections, merge fields with fallbacks and mobile and dark-mode previews. Sender domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and unverified domains are blocked. Tracking flags machine opens, classifies bounces and adds List-Unsubscribe headers. A deliverability monitor auto-pauses on bounce or complaint thresholds.
WhatsApp templates are synced and authored with variables, buttons and media headers, submitted for provider approval and tracked. Template campaigns send in throttled batches within messaging limits, and a quality-rating guard auto-pauses. From Wave 2, a cost preview by template category and destination shows estimated pass-through cost before approval, with a campaign cost cap. Replies and button clicks thread into the shared inbox with owner assignment, and channel fallback moves to email where consented.
Campaigns and journeys
Campaign launches are R3 Actions. The approval shows rendered content, audience counts, cost estimate and risk flags, and owners can approve from WhatsApp. Pause, cancel and correction messages replace a false undo. Wave 2 adds A/B testing, frequency caps and quiet hours, a campaign calendar and live budget tracking.
The journey builder offers entry, wait, branch, send, update-field and exit nodes with goals. Published versions are immutable and enrollments pin a version. Wave 2 adds operational steps such as creating CRM tasks or handing off to an SDR agent, reply-aware branches, UPI payment link steps from Billing, journey simulation, holdout groups and a library of pre-built journeys such as welcome, cart recovery, festival offer and COD confirmation.
Landing pages, consent and attribution
In Year 1 landing pages live here: block templates, brand kit, embedded forms and CDN publishing on tenant or white-label hosts, with identity stitching and consent blocks. Send-time consent and suppression checks, one-click unsubscribe, opt-out keywords, a preference centre and data-principal request propagation are built in. Attribution starts with UTM first and last touch and adds linear and position-based models, campaign cost roll-ups and holdout-validated caused revenue in Wave 2.

Frequently asked questions
Is consent checked when the segment is built or when the message is sent?
Both, and crucially at send time. Every recipient is checked for consent purpose, channel and suppression when the message goes out.
Can I undo a campaign send?
No message can be unsent. You can pause remaining sends, cancel scheduled sends or send a correction to delivered recipients.
Are landing pages included?
Yes. In Year 1 landing pages with forms and consent blocks are part of Marketing Automation. Full multi-page sites come with Sites & Landing Pages in Year 2.
Is SMS supported?
SMS with DLT templates is planned for Wave 3, subject to an open decision.
