Tell One3 the outcome you want. Rent ready-made AI Digital Employees and squads that work inside One3's business software to get it. Every rupee invested is tracked against the returns it produced, and every action is permissioned, audited and reversible or compensatable.
Digital Employees work for the client's team, under human supervision, measured against the client's previous process. They are never positioned as replacing or competing with people.
Why agencies first
One3's first market is digital marketing agencies and their SMB clients, India-first and WhatsApp-first. Agencies juggle many disconnected tools, manual reporting and client churn. Each agency brings many client sub-accounts, a built-in reseller channel for software and rented agents, and daily usage. Their outcomes — leads, ROAS, rankings, collections — are measurable, which is what the Investment & ROI Ledger reports.
SMB growth teams in D2C, real estate, education and clinics are reached through agencies. Mid-market HR and finance follow in Year 2, operations and ERP in Year 3.

Every capability works without its UI: API, MCP, Copilot, WhatsApp, voice.

Every Action declares its reversibility class. The UI never promises an undo that isn't real.
Autonomy is earned
Per skill, per tenant, on measured accuracy and a minimum Eval Coverage Score.
Every agent rupee tracked
Rent, credits, pass-through, ad spend, media and supervision time against attributed outcomes.
Tenant data is sacred
Isolation by default, including for rented agents.
Synthetic-avatar-first, consent always
Every avatar and voice is disclosed and provenance-marked.

What One3 will not do
- Build email servers, video-conferencing infrastructure or a pro-grade vector design tool in Years 1–2.
- Pretrain a foundation model before measured triggers are met. One3 tunes and distils open models instead.
- Start with microservices. One3 starts with a modular monolith plus a few justified services.
- Sell to large enterprises before SOC 2 / ISO 27001 and productised governance.
- Launch half-built apps. An app ships only at its GA Definition-of-Done level.
- Publish an agent template without a role spec, eval pack, disclosure policy, owner and stop triggers.
- Use any real person's face or voice without a consent record, or market agents as replacing people.
- Promise guaranteed revenue, "clone anyone", or self-learning agents that change without versioned review.
- Host paying customers' production data on a single office machine.
How we build
One3 is built by a small core team working with AI coding agents under human review, on a dedicated build machine with cloud fallbacks. Paying customers run in cloud regions, India first.
The Year-1 core team is planned at six to eight people (estimate): a founder and product owner, an architect, full-stack engineers, an AI/ML engineer, a designer and shared DevOps and QA, with part-time legal counsel, a chartered accountant and a security auditor.
Hiring rule: domain experts are hired before their suite is built — payroll, accounting, legal, manufacturing. AI can write code; it can't be accountable for statutory correctness.

How we keep ourselves honest
Every statement in the One3 plan is one of three kinds: a Decision (a recommendation open to challenge), an Estimate (a planning number to replace with measured data), or a Fact that can change (marked verify, with an owner and expiry in the Fact Register). The plan contains no invented market statistics, customer numbers, benchmark results, prices or valuations.
The north-star metric is Verified Outcomes per Week: business outcomes — deals won, tickets resolved without reopen, invoices paid — in which One3 Actions, by people or agents, played a part, as recorded in the attribution ledger.

Where is One3 based?
One3 is India-first: production in a cloud India region, Indian languages, GST, UPI, WhatsApp and DPDP built in.
Is One3 a product I can buy today?
Not yet. One3 is being built in waves with design partners. Year 1 covers W0–W2.
Why "gated, not dated"?
Each wave has exit criteria. If they aren't met, the next wave's scope doesn't start; the gap is fixed first.
How does One3 use AI to build itself?
AI coding agents work under human supervision, with CI gates and human-owned protected paths. The plan assumes modest productivity gains, not unmeasured 10× claims.
Can I become a design partner?
Yes. One3 is looking for a small group of digital agencies and SMB growth teams.
