How the work runs

- Loyalty and referrals. Loyalty & Referrals rewards streaks and referrals. Messages go out on the WhatsApp channel to consenting members.

An AI Renewal Manager sends renewal reminders and drafts offers for staff approval. An AI Email & WhatsApp Campaign Specialist runs reactivation journeys. Biometric data
Biometric check-in needs explicit consent under the DPDP Act and a non-biometric alternative for members who decline. Verify obligations with counsel.

Do we need biometric devices?
No. QR check-in is planned as the default. Biometric check-in is optional and requires explicit consent.
How does churn prediction work?
It looks at attendance and session patterns for each member and flags drops. Staff decide who to contact and what to offer.
