Industry Edition · I-21
Multi-brand menus, aggregator orders, recipe costing and rating-driven menu changes.
The Cloud Kitchen & Food Brands Edition is planned for cloud kitchens and food brands. It runs multiple brand menus from one kitchen, syncs aggregator orders, costs recipes, tracks wastage and uses ratings to guide menu changes.
A cloud kitchen may run several brands from one kitchen, each on several delivery aggregators. Margins depend on recipe cost, wastage and ratings. The Cloud Kitchen & Food Brands Edition is designed to put all of it on one kitchen record.
How the work runs
- Multi-brand menus. Each brand has its own menu and pricing, but every item maps to shared recipes and ingredients.
- Aggregator order sync. Orders from delivery aggregators and the WhatsApp channel arrive in POS and go to the kitchen in one queue.
- Recipe costing. Recipes list ingredients and quantities, so each dish has a cost and margin that updates when ingredient prices change.
- Stock and wastage. Inventory & Warehouse deducts ingredients by recipe for every order. Wastage is logged by reason. Procurement buys from suppliers against par levels.
- Ratings and feedback. Voice of Customer collects ratings and reviews across aggregators and groups them into themes such as portion size, taste or packaging.
- Ads. Ads manages paid promotion, with spend and returns tracked in the ROI Ledger.
