Industry Edition · I-1

Run every client account, campaign, approval and invoice from one white-label workspace.

The Agency Edition is planned as One3's first edition. It gives digital marketing agencies client sub-accounts, shared CRM and campaign tools, creative approvals, retainer billing and AI Digital Employees they can resell to clients with ROI statements.

Planned · Year 1 (W2)

Agencies are One3's beachhead. A typical agency juggles ten or more tools per client, rebuilds reports by hand every month and loses clients when results are hard to show. The Agency Edition is designed to put that work on one shared data model, with each client in its own sub-account under the agency's brand.

How the work runs

  • Client sub-accounts. Each client gets a white-label workspace with its own CRM, campaigns, brand kit and portal. The agency sees all of them from one partner view.
  • Campaigns on one record. Marketing Automation, SEO, Ads and Social all target the same Person and Organization records in CRM, so leads, ad conversions and rankings join up without exports.
  • Creative approvals. Briefs in Content Hub become drafts and Design Studio layouts that inherit the client's Brand Kit. Clients approve or comment in their portal.
  • Delivery and billing. Retainers and projects live in Projects. Time logged in Timesheets & PSA becomes billable items, and Billing & Invoicing raises GST-ready invoices, including rebilling with margin.
  • White-label reports. Dashboards pull ad spend, leads, rankings and deals into a monthly client report the portal publishes on schedule.

Digital Employees the agency can resell

Agencies will be able to rent AI Digital Employees such as an AI SEO Specialist, AI Paid Ads Specialist, AI Content Writer or AI Social Media Manager, and package them into Squads & Revenue Suites for a client goal. Each works for the agency's team under human supervision, starts in shadow mode and earns autonomy through probation. Spend above set limits goes to the Approvals Inbox. The Investment & ROI Ledger records what each agent costs and what it returns, so the agency can show the client a monthly investment statement.

Why it comes first

Each agency brings many client sub-accounts and a built-in reseller channel, and its outcomes are measurable: leads, ROAS, rankings and collections. That also forces One3's multi-tenant, white-label and billing design to be right early.

Challenges

What this Edition is designed to solve

Too many disconnected tools

Each client runs on separate ad, SEO, social, design and billing tools, so data never lines up.

Manual client reporting

Account managers spend days each month stitching screenshots and exports into reports.

Slow creative approvals

Feedback is scattered across email and chat, and versions get lost.

Proving value to clients

Without a clear link from spend to leads and revenue, clients churn when budgets tighten.

Thin margins on retainers

Unbilled hours and unclear scope erode profit on fixed retainers.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Agency Edition available today?

Not yet. The Agency Edition is planned for wave W2. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.

Can we white-label One3 for our clients?

Yes, that is the design. Client sub-accounts, portals and reports carry the agency's brand. Clients log in to the agency's portal.

Can we resell Digital Employees to clients?

Agencies are planned to resell rented Digital Employees and Squads to clients, with a client-facing ROI statement from the Investment & ROI Ledger. Agents work under the agency's supervision and approval rules.
