Industry Edition · I-12
Vehicle stock, test drives, bookings, workshop jobs and renewals on one customer record.
The Automotive Dealer Edition is planned for vehicle dealerships. It joins vehicle inventory, enquiries, test drives, bookings, workshop service jobs and insurance renewal reminders, with AI agents that follow up under staff supervision.
A dealership is two businesses under one roof: vehicle sales and the service workshop. Both depend on the same customers, yet their data often sits in separate systems. The Automotive Dealer Edition is designed to bring them together on one customer and vehicle record.
How the work runs
- Vehicle inventory. Inventory & Warehouse tracks each vehicle by chassis and engine number, colour, variant and location, along with spare parts stock for the workshop.
- Enquiries and test drives. Leads from walk-ins, calls, websites and OEM portals land in CRM. Test drives are scheduled and followed up, and each visit is logged on the lead.
- Bookings and delivery. A booking reserves a vehicle and creates the payment schedule. Billing & Invoicing raises the invoice and records payment.
- Workshop. Field Service runs workshop service jobs as job cards with checklists, parts used and technician time. The vehicle's service history stays with the customer record.
- Renewals and reminders. Marketing Automation sends service due reminders, insurance renewal reminders and offers to the right segment.
Digital Employees
An AI SDR responds to new enquiries quickly and books test drives. An AI Dealer Network Coordinator helps with OEM scheme communication, order status and claims tracking. An AI Email & WhatsApp Campaign Specialist runs service and renewal reminders. An AI Field Service Dispatcher schedules workshop bays and technicians. Each works for sales and service managers under supervision. Discounts and final pricing stay with people.
Compliance
Consumer protection rules apply to sales and service. Insurance renewal reminders must follow insurance distribution rules, and any policy sale needs a licensed intermediary. These are pointers to confirm with counsel.

Regulatory pointers

- Insurance distribution rules for renewal reminders and policy sales. Verify with counsel.
These are pointers for review with counsel, not legal advice. Each is verified before the Edition is sold.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Automotive Dealer Edition available today?
Not yet. The Automotive Dealer Edition is planned for wave W4. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.
Can it connect to OEM systems?
OEM portal connections will depend on each manufacturer's APIs. Integration Hub is designed to add connectors once design partners confirm them.
Does the workshop need a separate system?
No, that is the point. Workshop job cards run in Field Service and share the customer, vehicle and parts records with sales.
