How One3 pricing is designed — structures, not price tags
Platform services are included. You subscribe to the apps you need, add modules, pay for metered usage, and rent Digital Employees with rent plus usage plus an optional capped bonus.
No prices yet
One3 has not set prices. Prices come from pricing tests with design partners. This page explains the structure and the formulas that will apply.
What you buy
One3 is packaged in layers:
- Platform services — tenancy, identity, policy, audit, metering, approvals, Copilot, Model Hub, integrations, migration and channels — are included in every subscription. AI credits, messages and minutes are metered.
- App subscriptions turn on an app's core modules. One3 plans 18 subscribable apps.
- Modules inside an app are sold as Core (included with the app), Add-on (paid extra) or Standalone (buy just this module, for example Recruit-only, with a thin shared core included).
- Usage meters cover AI credits, messages, voice minutes, avatar and video minutes, storage and more.
- Digital Employee rentals add agents and squads, tracked in the Investment & ROI Ledger.
- Industry Editions are optional preconfigured bundles.

Digital Employee rental: the formulas
Rental is layered on the software subscription. Let R = monthly rent per agent, C = credits consumed × credit price, P = pass-through costs billed at cost plus margin m_p, B = performance bonus, S = squad discount factor.
| Model | Client pays per month | When |
|---|---|---|
| Rent + credits (default) | R + C + P × (1 + m_p) | W2 |
| Squad bundle | (Σ R_i) × (1 − S) + C + P × (1 + m_p) | W2 |
| Rent + capped performance bonus | R + C + P × (1 + m_p) + min(B_rate × Verified_Outcomes, B_cap) | W3 |
| Outcome-priced | min(Price_per_outcome × Verified_Outcomes, Monthly_cap) + P × (1 + m_p) | W4+, only if the attribution gate passes |
| Agency resale | Agency pays wholesale W; charges client W × (1 + m_a) | W2 |
Verified_Outcomes counts only outcomes that meet the Outcome Contract definition, after the dispute window closes. Pure revenue share is deferred until the ledger is trusted over at least two quarters of reconciled statements.

Rules that protect you
How subscriptions behave.
- 1
Dependencies are enforced
Payroll needs Core HR; Sales & CPQ needs CRM; squads need the modules their agents act on. The flow proposes what is missing.
- 2
Trials per app or module
With sample data or a synthetic sandbox. Data is kept if the trial converts.
- 3
Unsubscribing never deletes silently
Data becomes read-only and exportable for the retention period; dependent automations and agents pause with a notice; deletion happens only per policy and after notice.
- 4
Pass-through is never hidden
WhatsApp, SMS, SERP and enrichment costs are billed at cost plus margin or capped, never absorbed silently.
- 5
Hard caps on AI
Every plan has a hard AI credit cap plus optional top-ups.
- 6
Tax on One3 invoices
GST and e-invoicing obligations on One3's own invoices are verify items with a chartered accountant. INR first; multi-currency later.
Pricing questions
Why no prices on this page?
One3 sets prices from pricing tests with design partners rather than guessing. The structure above is what the prices will plug into.
Do I pay for the platform separately?
No. Platform services are included with every subscription; AI credits, messages and minutes are metered.
Can I buy just one module?
Yes, where a module is sold standalone — for example Recruit-only — with the minimum shared records it needs.
Is outcome-based pricing available?
Not at launch. A capped performance bonus is planned for W3, and outcome pricing only if the attribution gate passes.
How do agencies price to clients?
Agencies buy at wholesale and set their own client price list per app, seat, credit and agent.
Will AI costs surprise me?
AI usage is metered in credits mapped to real cost, with a hard cap on every plan and a live spend meter on every rented agent.
