Industry Edition · I-11
Applications, KYC via licensed partners, collections and compliance for distributors.
The Financial Services Distribution Edition is planned for loan and insurance distributors. It covers leads, applications, KYC through licensed providers, collections and compliance evidence, with advisory AI agents that never make credit decisions.
Loan and insurance distributors handle many applications, documents and follow-ups under strict conduct rules. The Financial Services Distribution Edition is designed to run the distribution side of that work, while regulated decisions stay with licensed lenders and insurers.
How the work runs
- Leads and applications. CRM tracks prospects. Forms collects loan or policy application details and documents.
- KYC. KYC / KYB runs verification checks only through licensed providers. Results and re-KYC dates are recorded against the customer.
- Account Aggregator. Where a customer consents, financial data can be fetched only through licensed Account Aggregator partners.
- Calls. Contact Center records calls and dispositions, with consent and disclosures logged.
- Agreements. Contracts (CLM) stores partner agreements with lenders and insurers, and customer documents.
- Compliance. GRC holds controls, evidence and audits. Knowledge holds product rules and scripts so staff and agents give consistent, approved answers.
- Collections. Overdue cases are tracked with promises to pay and disputes.
Digital Employees (advisory)
An AI Loan/Policy Application Assistant collects documents and checks applications for completeness through licensed KYC providers. It is advisory and makes no credit decisions. An AI Collections Agent (regulated) sends reminders within permitted hours and language, proposes payment plans and escalates disputes. An AI Compliance Monitor collects control evidence. All work under human supervision and the tenant's conduct rules.
Regulation
RBI and IRDAI rules govern this sector. KYC and Account Aggregator access will be offered only through licensed partners. One3 does not lend, underwrite or hold funds. Counsel review is required.
