Industry Edition · I-2
From enquiry to site visit, booking and milestone collection on one property record.
The Real Estate Edition is planned to help developers and brokers manage project, tower and unit inventory, site visits, channel partners and booking-to-payment milestones in one place, with AI agents that follow up and collect under human supervision.
A real estate developer sells inventory that changes every day, through direct marketing and a network of channel partners, and then collects payments over months or years. The Real Estate Edition is designed to keep all of that on one shared record, from the first enquiry to the last milestone payment.
How the work runs
- Inventory. Each project is broken into towers and units with status, pricing and RERA registration details. Sales teams and channel partners see live availability, so a unit is not sold twice.
- Leads and site visits. Marketing Automation, Ads and Sites & Landing Pages capture enquiries into CRM. Site visits are scheduled, reminded and followed up, and feedback is logged against the lead.
- Channel partners. Brokers register leads, see inventory updates and track commission status. Duplicate registrations are flagged before they cause disputes.
- Calls. Contact Center logs inbound and outbound calls against the same lead, with recordings and dispositions.
- Booking to collection. A booking creates a payment schedule linked to construction milestones. Contracts (CLM) holds the agreement. Accounts posts every receipt, and Projects tracks the construction milestones that trigger demand letters.
Digital Employees
The plan includes industry roles built for this flow. An AI Site Visit Coordinator qualifies enquiries, books visits and captures feedback. An AI Channel Partner Manager keeps brokers updated and checks lead registrations. An AI Collections & Milestone Billing Agent sends demand letters, reminders and payment links when a milestone is reached. They work for the sales and CRM teams under human supervision, starting in shadow mode. Discounts, cancellations and refunds stay with people through the Approvals Inbox.
What stays with your team
Pricing decisions, allotments, legal agreements and any disclosure under RERA remain human decisions. One3 records them and keeps the evidence.
Challenges
What this Edition is designed to solve
Inventory out of sync
Sales, brokers and the back office work from different spreadsheets, causing double bookings.
Leaking site visits
Enquiries are not followed up quickly, and no-shows are not rescheduled.
Channel partner disputes
Unclear lead ownership and commission status cause friction with brokers.
Slow milestone collections
Demand letters and reminders depend on manual tracking of construction progress.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Real Estate Edition available today?
Not yet. The Real Estate Edition is planned for wave W3. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.
Can channel partners use One3 directly?
The plan includes partner access for lead registration, inventory updates and commission status, so brokers do not need separate spreadsheets.
Does One3 handle RERA filings?
No. One3 is designed to store RERA details and evidence on each project. Filings and disclosures remain your team's responsibility; verify requirements with counsel.
