Plan, approve, schedule and publish social content with AI disclosure and provenance

Planned · Year 1 (W2)Sold as: Add-onInside the Year-1 boundaryC-58

Social plans, approves, schedules and publishes content from Content Hub to connected accounts on platforms whose APIs permit it. AI-generated content carries disclosure and provenance, and basic post performance is measured.

Lite in Year 1

Social is planned for Wave 2 in a lite form: scheduling, publishing where platform APIs allow, a calendar and approvals. The unified social inbox comes in Wave 3.

Compose once, adapt per network

Accounts connect on platforms whose publishing APIs allow it, with token health shown in Connector Health. The composer starts from a Content Hub item or free text, pulls media from Drive or DAM, and creates per-network text and media variants with validation of length, format and aspect ratio. Links are tagged automatically with campaign UTMs for attribution. Bulk scheduling imports rows of text, media references and times from a sheet, validates them and schedules them as drafts for approval.

Calendar and approvals

The social calendar has month, week and list views with drag-to-reschedule and filters by brand, client and network. Publishing is an R3 Action. Agency clients can approve in the portal, and the first publication in a new brand voice always needs a human. A scheduled publish worker retries with clear failure reasons. Deleting a published post is a compensation Action with a warning that copies may persist.

Disclosure and provenance

Posts carry an AI-generated flag, a C2PA manifest link for generated media, and platform AI labels where supported. The Social Content Scheduler agent drafts calendars and posts with an A2 ceiling and only R1 Actions without a human.

Measure and grow

Basic post metrics such as reach, impressions and engagement are shown where APIs expose them. Planned for Wave 3: best time to post, a unified inbox that routes comments and DMs to CRM or Service Desk with assignment, Google Business Profile review responses with the Review Response Agent, and LinkedIn pages. Listening and mention summaries follow in Wave 4.
