Industry Edition · I-17
Farmer members, input sales, produce aggregation and payments, with Indic voice advisories.
The Agriculture & FPO Edition is planned for farmer producer organisations and agri businesses. It covers farmer members, input sales, produce aggregation, grading, price discovery, payments to farmers and crop advisories by voice in Indian languages.
Farmer producer organisations serve hundreds or thousands of members, many with basic phones and limited connectivity. They sell inputs, aggregate produce and pay farmers, often with paper registers. The Agriculture & FPO Edition is designed for that reality.
How the work runs
- Farmer members. CRM holds each member's land, crops, village and contact details. Maps & Location shows members and collection points by village.
- Input sales. Seeds, fertilisers and other inputs are sold from FPO stores. Inventory & Warehouse tracks stock, and Billing & Invoicing records sales, including credit to members.
- Produce aggregation. Collections are recorded by farmer, crop, quantity and grade. Procurement handles purchases from members.
- Price discovery. Buyer offers and market prices are recorded so the FPO can decide where and when to sell.
- Payments to farmers. Accounts calculates each farmer's dues after deductions and records payments, with statements sent to members.
- Advisories. Crop advisories reach farmers on the WhatsApp channel and the Voice channel in Indian languages, so members without smartphones are included.
Digital Employees
An AI Voice Support Agent answers member questions by phone in Indian languages and logs requests. An AI Inventory Replenishment Specialist drafts input reorders before the season. An AI Logistics Coordinator plans produce movement. An AI AR & Collections Specialist follows up on input credit. They work for FPO staff under supervision, disclose that they are AI, and do not make agronomic promises beyond approved advisories.
Compliance
FPO and co-operative law, APMC and eNAM integration and subsidy scheme rules apply. These are pointers to confirm with counsel.
