Industry Edition · I-20
Gold-rate pricing, making charges, artisan metal accounting and savings schemes.
The Jewellery Edition is planned for jewellery retailers and manufacturers. It covers gold-rate-linked pricing, making charges, artisan job work with metal accounting, old-gold exchange, savings schemes and hallmarking records.
Jewellery businesses price by weight and the day's metal rate, send metal to artisans and must account for every gram. The Jewellery Edition is designed to handle that on one stock and customer record.
How the work runs
- Gold-rate pricing. The day's metal rate is set once and used across POS and quotes. Each item's price is calculated from weight, purity, making charges, stones and tax.
- Stock by piece. Inventory & Warehouse tracks each piece by tag, weight, purity and HUID, so every item can be traced.
- Artisan job work. Metal issued to artisans is recorded by weight and purity. Finished pieces return with weight and wastage, and metal balances are kept per artisan.
- Old-gold exchange. Old gold is tested, weighed and valued at the counter, and the value is applied to the new purchase.
- Savings schemes. Customers pay instalments into purchase schemes. Billing & Invoicing records instalments and redemption.
- Customers and loyalty. CRM holds customer preferences and occasions. Loyalty & Referrals rewards repeat buyers.
- Tax. Tax Engine applies GST to metal and making charges.
