Turn one brief into on-brand content you can measure
Plan, generate, check, approve and hand off text, designs, video, voice and AI avatars in one governed studio. Every asset carries its brand kit, its rights and what it cost.
Creative Studio lets a marketing team, an agency or a rented Digital Employee turn a brief into on-brand, rights-cleared, disclosed and measurable content across text, design, video, voice and avatars, then publish it through governed Actions and see what each asset cost and returned. It is not a standalone design tool. It is the content production layer of the One3 Growth OS, built around the Content to Action to Outcome loop.
What Creative Studio is
Creative Studio is where content gets made inside One3. It is designed for agencies, SMB growth teams and in-house marketers who need posts, ads, WhatsApp creatives, landing copy, short videos and presenter videos without stitching together five separate tools.
The app follows one loop, called Content to Action to Outcome:
- A brief is created by a person, a Marketing Manager agent or a squad goal, with audience, channels, languages and brand kit.
- Drafts, designs, videos, voice tracks and avatar videos are produced under one Brand Kit, one rights and consent model and one cost meter.
- Each asset passes brand, claims, rights and disclosure checks and a human or client approval.
- Approved assets are handed off to the owning app (Marketing, Social, Ads, WhatsApp, Sites), which publishes them through its own governed Action.
- Generation cost and attributed return post to the Investment & ROI Ledger, so cost per approved asset is visible.
The Generation Gate
Every AI generation, render, export and publish hand-off goes through one pipeline: entitlement, permission, policy, budget and estimate, model licence, rights and consent, persona and disclosure, then execution, provenance and a ledger entry. People, Copilot, Digital Employees and external MCP clients all use the same path. A blocked request always returns a reason code and a plain explanation, such as BUDGET_CAP, LICENCE or CONSENT.
You see a cost estimate before any paid job. Caps work as policy gates: they stop new jobs, while running jobs finish and approvals are never blocked mid-flow.
Synthetic first, consent for anything real
Avatars are synthetic brand presenters by default and are always disclosed as AI. Any real person's likeness or voice needs an active, scoped consent record in the Avatar & Voice Rights Registry (part of AI Workforce) before a render. Public figures without a licence, minors, deceased persons without estate rights and impersonation are always blocked. Rendered and exported media carry a provenance record and, where supported, a C2PA manifest.
How it fits with the rest of One3
Creative Studio runs on the same tenant data model as CRM, Marketing, WhatsApp and the ROI Ledger. It never sends a message or spends ad budget itself. It prepares the approved variant and the owning app publishes it under its own approval rules. Knowledge grounds AI drafts with citations. Approvals run in the platform Approvals Inbox, and agency clients approve in a white-label portal. Assets land in Brand & DAM with rights metadata and usage links, so you can see where an asset is live when its licence expires.
Built for India first
Hindi and Tamil are planned for Year 1 and are switched on only after their quality evals pass. Channel variants are checked against WhatsApp template and catalog image rules. India is the default data region, and consent handling is designed to align with DPDP (verify with counsel).
Modules and waves
Content Hub (W1, core) and Brand & DAM (W2, core) are included with the app. Design Studio, Video Factory and Avatar Studio are add-ons with lite versions planned for W2, and Audio & Voice is planned as an add-on from W3. Render and avatar minutes are metered, and prices come from a pricing study, not from this page.
Problems solved
What Creative Studio fixes
Content and results live in different tools
Design, avatar video, voice and scheduling tools are stitched together by hand, so nobody can link an asset to its result. Creative Studio keeps the brief, the content item, its channel variants, the publish Action and its performance on one data model.
AI output drifts off brand
Generated copy and images make claims the brand cannot support, and reviewers end up proofreading everything. The Brand Kit is applied at generation time, and every version gets a brand-voice and regulated-claims check before approval.
Generative credits are spent unpredictably
Teams buy bigger credit packs or restrict who can generate. Creative Studio shows a cost estimate before every paid job, enforces spend caps as policy gates, pools credits for agencies and records each render in the ledger.
Synthetic media creates legal exposure
Using a likeness or voice without records is risky. Avatars are synthetic by default, any real person needs a consent record in the Rights Registry, and every render carries visible labels and provenance.
Agencies juggle many client brands
Separate logins, shared drives and email approvals per client slow agencies down. Each client sub-account gets its own Brand Kit and DAM, and clients approve inside a white-label portal.
Indian-language and WhatsApp content is an afterthought
Global tools treat vernacular and WhatsApp formats as extras. Hindi and Tamil are planned for Year 1 behind quality evals, and channel variants are validated for WhatsApp templates and catalog images.
Asset licences and expiry get lost
Licences sit in spreadsheets and nobody knows where an asset is used. Every asset carries rights records, usage links, expiry alerts and withdrawal tasks.
Content work cannot be delegated to AI safely
Unsupervised AI tools are risky, so teams do not delegate at all. Rentable creative Digital Employees act through Actions with autonomy ceilings, approvals and ROI statements, and publishing stays with people.
Key capabilities
What you can do
Briefs to channel variants
Create a brief from a campaign or squad goal, draft in your brand voice, then repurpose one approved piece into email, WhatsApp, social and ad variants with per-channel constraint checks.
Brand and claims checks on every version
Each version gets a 0 to 1 brand-voice score, violations marked on the text and a regulated-claims flag. Regulated claims always route to a human approver.
Generation Gate with cost estimates
Every AI job passes entitlement, policy, budget, licence, consent and disclosure checks, shows an estimate first and posts its actual cost to the ledger.
Brand kits and rights-aware DAM
Logos, palettes, fonts and voice guides per brand or client, plus an asset library that tracks licence scope, territory, expiry and every place an asset is used.
Template creatives and bulk variants
Fill locked templates, generate AI images through licence-gated models, magic-resize to every placement and produce dozens of product creatives from a sheet.
Short videos in every format
Script to scenes, voice-over, captions, brand overlays and one-click 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 renders, with disclosure and provenance on every output.
Disclosed AI avatars
Synthetic brand presenters by default, consented real-person avatars only with a scoped Rights Registry grant, and lookalike and public-figure checks before render.
Client approvals in a white-label portal
Agency clients review versions and variants in a portal under the agency's brand and see only what is shared to their sub-account.
Cost and return per asset
Generation and render costs plus attributed performance from owning apps roll up per item and variant, with the source and freshness of each figure shown.

How the work flows
End-to-end workflows inside the app and across One3.
Content to Action to Outcome
The end-to-end loop from a campaign brief to published, measured content.
- 1.A campaign or squad goal creates a brief with goal, audience, channels, languages and brand kit
- 2.Content Hub requests a draft through the Generation Gate, which shows the estimate and records the cost
- 3.The draft version gets a brand-voice and claims check
- 4.Design, video or avatar assets are requested for the brief and pass rights, licence and disclosure checks
- 5.Rendered assets are saved to Brand & DAM and linked to the item
- + 3 more steps →
Brief to hand-off
How a single content item moves from draft to an owning app.
- 1.A brief is created by a person or drafted by an agent
- 2.A human or AI writes the draft version
- 3.The brand-voice and claims check runs; high-severity violations send it back to drafting
- 4.A detected regulated claim adds an R3 human approver to the chain
- 5.Channel and language variants are generated and constraint-checked per channel
- + 3 more steps →
Bulk product creatives from a sheet
Produce many consistent creatives from rows of product data.
- 1.Choose a template and connect a CSV, XLSX, Google Sheet or product query
- 2.Map columns to template slots and preview sample rows
- 3.Confirm the total cost estimate for all rows
- 4.Each row is rendered as a variant by media workers
- 5.Visual and copy brand checks run on every variant
- + 2 more steps →
Consent withdrawal and takedown
What happens when a person withdraws consent for their likeness or voice.
- 1.The consenting person revokes their grant in the consent portal
- 2.The avatar or voice is set to revoked in the Rights Registry
- 3.Queued renders using that likeness are blocked
- 4.Scheduled posts that use it are cancelled in the owning apps
- 5.Takedown tasks are created for published videos
- + 1 more steps →
The Generation Gate
The checks every generation, render, export or publish hand-off passes.
- 1.Check that the module and seat are entitled
- 2.Check role and record permission
- 3.Evaluate policy: risk tier, delegation of authority and regulated claims, adding approval where needed
- 4.Confirm the estimate is within the cap
- 5.Confirm the model or provider licence allows this use
- + 3 more steps →
AI inside
AI skills that act through governed Actions
Every AI skill runs through the same typed Actions people use, with risk tiers, approvals and an audit trail.
Brief assistant A3
Drafts a brief from a campaign, squad goal or SEO content brief, with citations to the Knowledge sources it used.
Draft and rewrite in brand voice A3
Generates or rewrites copy for a chosen tone, length and reading level, grounded in tenant Knowledge, with a cost estimate shown first.
Brand-voice and regulated-claims check A4
Scores each version against the voice guide and flags health, finance, political and education-outcome claims with text spans and suggestions.
Channel and language variants A3
Rewrites an approved piece for each channel's limits and, after evals pass, into Hindi and Tamil with glossary enforcement and a linguistic review step.
Asset tagging and alt text A4
Suggests object and scene tags, dominant colours, OCR text and alt-text drafts for uploads. Tags stay suggested until a person confirms them.
Visual brand check A4
Checks palette conformity, logo presence and distortion, approved fonts and minimum text contrast on designs and frames.
AI image generation and bulk variants A2
Generates images through licence-gated model routes with palette hints and renders data-driven creative sets. Paid jobs above the tenant threshold need a human to confirm the estimate.
Script to scenes and video render A2
Turns an approved script into a storyboard, suggests DAM and stock clips per scene, adds TTS voice-over and captions and renders every format.
Lookalike, public-figure and sensitive-script checks
Screens uploads and generated faces and voices against the registry and public-figure lists, and routes political, financial and health scripts to human review before render.

Security & compliance
Built to be trusted
No real likeness without consent
A real person's face or voice can be rendered only with an active consent grant scoped by channel, language, geography, duration and script category. Revocation is designed to propagate to queued renders and scheduled posts within one hour (target).
Every synthetic output disclosed and traceable
Renders and exports carry a provenance record, C2PA manifests where supported and visible AI labels per the tenant's persona policy. Disclosure and consent checks cannot be turned off by configuration.
No path around the Generation Gate
Humans, agents, MCP clients and the API all pass the same entitlement, policy, budget, licence and consent checks, with hash-chained audit events for every R2 and higher Creative Action.
Tenant isolation including agency sub-accounts
Row-level security separates tenants and client sub-accounts. Client approvers only see records explicitly shared with them, and likeness and voice samples are encrypted with per-tenant keys.
Personal data kept out of prompts and traces
PII is detected and masked before cloud model calls, tenant data does not train shared models by default, and raw biometrics are never stored in the database.
India-first regulatory mapping
Controls are mapped to DPDP, the IT Rules on synthetic content, ASCI and consumer protection rules, with EU AI Act and GDPR packs before EU launch. These are planning pointers; verify with counsel.

Frequently asked questions
Is Creative Studio available today?
Not yet. One3 is being built in waves. Content Hub is planned for W1 with GA in Year 1, Brand & DAM basics and lite versions of Design Studio, Video Factory and Avatar Studio are planned for W2, and Audio & Voice is planned from W3.
Does Creative Studio publish posts or send messages itself?
No. Creative Studio prepares the approved variant. Marketing, Social, Ads, WhatsApp or Sites publishes it through its own Action and approval rules, so nothing reaches customers without the owning app's checks.
Can I create an avatar of a real person?
Synthetic brand avatars are the default. A consented representative avatar of a real person, such as a founder, needs verified identity and a scoped, revocable consent record first. In Year 1 this is planned only as a gated pilot after legal facts are verified; scaled use is planned for W3. Public figures without a licence and minors are always blocked.
How do I avoid surprise generation bills?
Every paid generation or render shows an estimate before it runs, jobs above your threshold need confirmation, and caps block new jobs once reached. Failed renders caused by platform or provider faults are not charged.
Which languages are supported?
English, with Hindi and Tamil planned for Year 1. A language is enabled for drafting, captions, voice or lip-sync only after its quality eval passes, and more Indian languages follow as evals pass.
Can an AI agent run our content production?
Digital Employees such as the Content & SEO Assistant can draft, check, create variants and submit for approval under your caps and autonomy limits. They work for your team under supervision, cannot approve their own work and never publish externally.
Can we bring our existing assets and brand kit?
Migration is planned from Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox and Canva exports, with enterprise DAM sources such as Bynder, Frontify and AEM Assets later. Each import runs as a dry run with a reconciliation report before commit.
