Industry Edition · I-36
Multi-client inventory, SLAs, space-based billing, docks and cycle counts.
The 3PL & Warehousing Edition is planned for third-party logistics and warehousing providers. It covers multi-client inventory, inbound and outbound SLAs, pallet and space-based billing, dock scheduling and cycle counts.
A 3PL warehouse stores goods for many clients, each with its own SKUs, SLAs and billing terms. Accuracy and proof matter more than anything, because clients pay for every pallet and judge the provider on every missed SLA. The 3PL & Warehousing Edition is designed to run several clients' inventory in one warehouse without mixing them.
How the work runs
- Multi-client inventory. Inventory & Warehouse keeps stock per client, location and bin, with batches and serials where needed.
- Inbound and outbound. Receipts and dispatches are logged against each client's SLA. Supply Chain & Logistics handles shipments, carriers and e-way bills.
- Dock scheduling. Inbound and outbound trucks are booked into dock slots to avoid queues.
- Floor work. The Frontline Worker App guides pickers and loaders through tasks and checklists. Device Management keeps handheld scanners configured and compliant.
- Cycle counts. Counts are scheduled by value and movement, and variances are investigated.
- Monitoring. IoT Hub can track temperature and humidity for sensitive goods.
- Billing. Billing & Invoicing calculates charges per pallet, space, handling and value-added service, from actual activity.
Digital Employees
An AI Warehouse Coordinator proposes slotting, schedules cycle counts and logs damage. An AI Logistics Coordinator handles carrier selection, e-way bills and delay alerts. An AI Operations Manager watches SLA exceptions. An AI AR & Collections Specialist follows up client invoices. They work for warehouse managers under supervision.
Compliance
Warehousing receipts where applicable, e-way bills and GST apply. These are pointers to confirm with counsel.
