Industry Edition · I-9

Reservations, rooms, tables, kitchen and housekeeping on one guest record.

The Hospitality Edition is planned for hotels, resorts and restaurants. It connects reservations, rooms and tables, POS, kitchen display, inventory, housekeeping and staff attendance, with AI guest service agents.

Planned · Years 4–5 (W5)

Hotels and restaurants run around the clock with many small handovers: reservation to check-in, order to kitchen, checkout to housekeeping. The Hospitality Edition is designed to keep each guest and each room or table on one shared record.

How the work runs

  • Reservations. Calendar & Booking manages room and table reservations, modifications and availability.
  • Front desk and outlets. POS handles room charges, restaurant bills and outlet sales. Orders go to the kitchen display, so the kitchen sees what to cook and in what order.
  • Housekeeping. Room status moves from occupied to dirty to clean to inspected, with tasks for housekeeping staff.
  • Stock. Inventory & Warehouse tracks food, beverages and amenities, with consumption linked to sales.
  • Guest requests. Helpdesk logs guest requests and complaints with SLAs. Loyalty & Referrals rewards repeat guests.
  • Staff. Attendance & Leave covers shifts for front desk, kitchen and housekeeping teams.

Digital Employees

An AI Reservations & Guest Services Agent handles bookings, modifications, guest requests and upsell offers on the phone, chat and WhatsApp. An AI Inventory Replenishment Specialist drafts reorder proposals for the kitchen and bar. An AI Tier-1 Support Agent answers common guest questions. They work for your front office and F&B teams under supervision, disclose that they are AI and pass anything unusual to staff.

Licences and guest data

FSSAI, local trade and liquor licences and guest data protection apply. The Edition is designed to keep licence records and consent on file, as pointers to confirm with counsel.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Hospitality Edition available today?

Not yet. The Hospitality Edition is planned for wave W5. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.

Will the AI tell guests it is an AI?

Yes. Persona policy requires external-facing agents to disclose that they are AI.

Does it cover both rooms and restaurants?

Yes, that is the design. Rooms, tables, outlets and the kitchen share one guest record and one stock ledger.
