The governed AI workforce, sized for one person or one family

Planned products that help a freelancer get paid, a creator run brand deals, an individual plan the week and a family keep bills and documents on track. India-first, WhatsApp-first and exportable at any time.

Planned · Year 2 (W3)5 modulesYear 1: Later
One3 consumer products are designed to give a one-person business, a creator, an individual and a family the same governed AI workforce that companies rent: assistants that draft the proposal, chase the invoice, plan the week, remind the family about the bill and explain where the money went, with a human approving every step that moves money, signs a contract or shares personal data. Every product is planned to be India-native, WhatsApp-first, exportable at any time and priced so the user can see what it returned.

What Consumer Products are

Consumer Products are not modules of a business tenant. They are five separate products, each with its own sign-up, plan and privacy boundary, built on the same One3 platform that runs business apps. Each one is planned for a specific person:

  • Solopreneur OS (W3) for freelancers, consultants, coaches and tutors who need inquiry → proposal → e-signed contract → GST invoice → UPI payment in one flow.
  • Creator OS (W4) for creators who run brand deals, media kits, digital products and paid sessions.
  • One3 Personal (W5) for individuals who want a private planner, journal and assistant, with controlled links to their employer.
  • Household OS (W6) for families coordinating calendars, chores, bills and documents.
  • Personal Finance (W6) as an add-on for consent-based budgeting through a licensed Account Aggregator partner, information only.

The Consumer Shared Foundation

Every consumer plan includes a shared foundation that is not sold on its own. It covers sign-up with passkey, Google or phone OTP; a space switcher so one login can hold a solo space, a creator space, a personal space, a household and work tenants, each kept separate; plan self-service; an AI-credit dashboard with a hard cap; full export at any time, including after cancellation; self-serve cancellation in no more steps than sign-up; advance notice before a paid feature is removed; a privacy centre; a consumer assistant that cites the records it used; and a visible route to a human for account, billing, data and safety issues.

The foundation also carries the Personal ROI view: plan cost and AI credits set against invoices collected, deals paid, bills paid on time and subscriptions cancelled. Every figure links to its evidence records, and estimates are labelled with their method.

Separate spaces, explicit grants

A personal space, a household and each employer tenant are separate data domains. Data crosses between them only through a grant that is visible, scoped, time-bound, revocable and logged on both sides. Household OS is never linked to a work tenant. When someone leaves an employer, every grant to that tenant is revoked automatically and their personal data stays theirs.

Composed from business modules

Solopreneur OS is composed from CRM, Billing & Invoicing, Sign and Calendar rather than rebuilt. That is why a solopreneur or creator can graduate to a business tenant by changing plan: the data, invoice series and portal links stay, and no re-import is needed.

Assistants that work for the user

Consumer assistants are scaled-down versions of One3 Digital Employee roles, run under one agent identity owned by the space owner. They draft by default. Money, legal and data-sharing steps always need the user's approval, and the highest-risk steps need step-up authentication. Some skills can earn limited autonomy, for example sending pre-approved invoice reminders within caps, after they pass evaluation thresholds.

Regulated steps through licensed partners

Payments are planned through RBI-authorised payment aggregators, and One3 does not hold funds. Account Aggregator data is planned through a regulated Financial Information User partner. Aadhaar eSign would go through a licensed eSign provider. All of these are planning assumptions to verify with counsel before build, and a regulated feature stays switched off until its fact is verified.

Problems solved

What Consumer Products fixes

Global tools miss GST and UPI; Indian GST tools miss AI

Freelancers piece together a client tool, a GST invoicing tool and a payment app. Solopreneur OS is planned to run proposal, e-signed contract, GST invoice (with IRN where applicable) and UPI or card payment link in one flow, with a drafting and collections assistant.

Evenings lost to chasing invoices and writing proposals

Inquiry-to-proposal and collections assistants draft the work, the owner approves each send, and a Personal ROI view shows what was collected.

Brand deals live in DMs, spreadsheets and email

Creator OS is designed around a sponsorship pipeline with deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, media kit, invoice and payout tracking in one place.

Storefronts, courses and brand deals in different tools

One creator space for deals, digital products and paid sessions, with a fee structure that will be tested rather than a commission-only model.

Personal planner and work tools blur together

One3 Personal keeps personal data separate and shares with an employer only through grants such as free/busy only or task titles only, with expiry, one-tap revoke and audit on both sides.

Family bills, documents and chores are scattered across chats

Household OS brings a shared calendar, lists, chores, bills and a document vault together, with per-member privacy and a family assistant.

Budgeting apps don't connect to Indian banks, and SMS readers feel invasive

Personal Finance is planned on Account Aggregator consent through a licensed partner, with no SMS, email or notification scraping.

Data held hostage on cancellation, and no way to judge AI value

Export at any time including after cancellation, self-serve cancellation, notice before feature removal, and an ROI view with evidence behind every figure.

Key capabilities

What you can do

One link: accept, sign, pay

A client accepts the proposal, signs the contract and pays the deposit in one portal flow, with progress saved if interrupted.

Tax invoice or bill of supply, CGST/SGST or IGST by place of supply, IRN via a GST Suvidha Provider where applicable, and payment links through an RBI-authorised aggregator (verify).

Sponsorship pipeline and media kit

Brand deals from lead to paid, with deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity windows, disclosure checklist and a media kit that shows the source and date of every metric.

Revocable work links

WorkLinkGrants share free/busy blocks or task titles with an employer only when both sides allow it, with expiry, revoke and audit on both sides.

Family vault and bills

Shared calendar, lists, chores, bill reminders and an encrypted document vault with per-document visibility and expiry reminders.

Consent-based budgeting

Account Aggregator linking through a licensed partner, categorisation with explanations, envelope or flexible budgets and subscription detection. Information only.

Personal ROI view

Plan and AI-credit cost set against money collected, deals paid, bills paid on time and subscriptions cancelled, each figure linked to its evidence.

Export and cancel on your terms

Full export in JSON, CSV and original files at any time, cancellation in no more steps than sign-up, and notice before a paid feature is removed.

WhatsApp-first

Proposal links, invoice links, booking confirmations, reminders, chore nudges and quick capture over WhatsApp, with per-recipient opt-in.

Workflows

How the work flows

End-to-end workflows inside the app and across One3.

Inquiry to paid (Solopreneur OS)

A freelancer turns an inquiry into a signed, paid engagement with the assistant drafting and the owner approving.

  1. 1.An inquiry arrives by WhatsApp, email, form or booking and becomes a client and pipeline item.
  2. 2.The assistant drafts a proposal using only services and prices from the owner's catalog.
  3. 3.The owner edits and approves the send; the client accepts options on the portal.
  4. 4.The contract goes out for e-signature; the owner countersigns with step-up authentication.
  5. 5.A deposit invoice is issued and the client pays through the payment aggregator link.
  6. + 2 more steps →

Brand deal lifecycle (Creator OS)

A creator moves a sponsorship from first contact to paid, with brand review and disclosure checks built in.

  1. 1.An inbound inquiry or approved outreach becomes a sponsorship lead.
  2. 2.The creator negotiates with an advisory prep brief based on their own past deals.
  3. 3.A contract records deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and payment terms.
  4. 4.Drafts go to the brand for review on the brand portal until approved.
  5. 5.The disclosure checklist must pass before the deliverable is marked published.
  6. + 2 more steps →

WorkLinkGrant lifecycle (One3 Personal)

An individual shares only free/busy blocks with their employer and can revoke it at any time.

  1. 1.The user creates a grant, for example calendar free/busy with an expiry date.
  2. 2.The grant service checks that the work tenant's policy allows that grant type.
  3. 3.The user sees a preview of exactly what will be visible and approves.
  4. 4.The work tenant reads busy blocks only; each read is logged in both spaces.
  5. 5.The user revokes the grant; later reads are refused and the revocation is logged on both sides.

Household bill cycle (Household OS)

A recurring bill is reminded, paid and recorded so late fees are avoided.

  1. 1.A recurring bill cycle is created with biller, due date and responsible member.
  2. 2.Reminders go to the responsible member by their chosen channel.
  3. 3.The member marks it paid with date, method and receipt, or, in a later release, pays through an authorised BBPS partner with step-up.
  4. 4.If the due date passes, an overdue alert fires and the late-fee field is recorded.
  5. 5.The next cycle is created and the result feeds the Household ROI view.

Account Aggregator consent and fetch (Personal Finance)

The user links bank accounts through consent, sees categorised data and can revoke at any time.

  1. 1.The user sees the purpose, data types, date range, fetch frequency and expiry before linking.
  2. 2.A consent request goes through the licensed FIU partner to the Account Aggregator.
  3. 3.The user approves in the Account Aggregator flow with OTP.
  4. 4.Data is fetched within the consent and normalised into accounts and transactions.
  5. 5.Transactions are categorised, recurring series detected and budgets updated.
  6. + 1 more steps →

Cancellation, export window and deletion

Any consumer user can leave with their data and get deletion evidence.

  1. 1.The owner cancels and previews what happens to reminders, portal links and the export window.
  2. 2.At period end the space becomes read-only and export stays available.
  3. 3.Resubscribing restores the space instantly with no re-import.
  4. 4.Otherwise a deletion notice goes out before the window ends.
  5. 5.Personal data is deleted, statutory records such as issued tax invoices are kept, and deletion evidence is recorded.

AI inside

AI skills that act through governed Actions

Every AI skill runs through the same typed Actions people use, with risk tiers, approvals and an audit trail.

Space assistant A2

Answers questions about the active space with citations, navigates and summarises. Acts only through that space's permitted Actions.

Inquiry to proposal draft A2

Drafts a proposal from an inquiry message with prices taken only from the owner's services catalog.

Collections reminders A2 → A3

Drafts reminder messages per schedule step with tone options; can send pre-approved templates within caps once evaluation thresholds are met; stops on payment, reply or dispute.

Receipt and invoice field extraction A2

Extracts vendor, date, amount, GST split and GSTIN from receipts, and proposes SAC, GST rate and place of supply with the rule cited. The user confirms; issuing is never automated.

Media-kit assembly and disclosure check A2

Builds the media kit from metric snapshots with source and date, never presenting self-reported numbers as verified, and blocks publishing until disclosure items pass.

Daily plan proposal A2

Proposes time blocks across personal commitments and granted work free/busy, with a reason per block. Nothing moves without acceptance.

Family assistant A2 → A3

Answers what is due this week, maintains lists and proposes chore rotations, respecting each member's visibility. No profiling of minors.

Transaction categorisation A2 → A3

Categorises transactions and normalises merchants with an explanation on every row; detects transfers and recurring subscriptions.

Money assistant (information only) A2

Answers questions about the user's own spending, budgets and goals with transaction citations, and refuses product recommendations with an explanation.

ROI narrator A2

Explains what each ROI figure is made of and links its evidence. Never projects.

Security & compliance

Built to be trusted

No ads, no data sale

No advertising business built on personal data. No ad SDK in the mobile apps, and a public trust page lists every sub-processor.

One path between spaces

Every cross-space share goes through the grant engine: visible, scoped, time-bound, revocable and logged on both sides. Each space is isolated with forced row-level security.

Sensitive stores encrypted

Journal entries, vault identity numbers and finance narrations are stored as ciphertext. The journal is private by default, including from the assistant, and is never used for training.

Approvals on money, signing and sharing

Every write is an Action with a risk tier. Sharing and sending need a preview approval; money and signing steps need step-up authentication.

Regulated features gated by verified facts

GST, Account Aggregator, BBPS, DigiLocker, minors' data and similar rules sit in a Fact Register. A feature whose blocking fact is unverified stays unreachable. These are pointers to verify with counsel, not legal advice.

India cell by default, no financial scraping

Data stays in the India cell by default, and there is no SMS, email or notification scraping for financial data.

Frequently asked questions

Are Consumer Products available now?

No. They are planned after Year 1. Solopreneur OS is eligible from W3 (Year 2), Creator OS from W4 (Year 3), One3 Personal in W5, and Household OS and Personal Finance in W6. Each still needs a passed wave gate and an approved Capability Brief.

Are these part of my company's One3 subscription?

No. Consumer products have their own sign-up, plans and privacy boundary. A personal space can link to a work tenant only through explicit, revocable grants, and Household OS never links to a work tenant.

Can my employer see my personal space?

Not by default. Every grant type, such as free/busy sharing or task-title mirroring, starts off. You choose the scope and expiry, see a preview, and can revoke at any time. Access is logged on both sides.

Can I take my data with me if I cancel?

Yes. Full export in JSON, CSV and original files is planned to be available at any time, including during the window after cancellation. Cancellation takes no more steps than sign-up.

Does the AI act on its own?

Assistants draft by default. Sending, money and signing steps need your approval, with step-up authentication for the highest-risk steps. A few skills, such as pre-approved invoice reminders, can earn limited autonomy within caps after passing evaluations.

Does One3 hold my money or give financial advice?

No. Payments are planned through RBI-authorised payment aggregators, and Personal Finance is information only. These regulatory points are to be verified with counsel.

Can a solopreneur grow into a business tenant?

Yes. Solopreneur OS and Creator OS are designed to convert to a business plan by plan change. Data, invoice series and portal links stay, and no re-import is needed.
