Engineering & Product Digital Employees are designed to help product and engineering teams that build on One3 or run their own software. They cluster feedback into prioritised specs, plan sprints and detect blockers, implement changes to tenant apps in a sandbox, review pull requests, generate and maintain tests, prepare releases, assist on-call engineers, keep documentation current and synthesise user research.
Code changes are made in sandboxes and arrive as pull requests for a person to review. Production deploys always need human approval, and the SRE On-Call Assistant runs runbooks read-only first.
How they work
- They use Issues & Sprints, DevHub, Apps Builder, Factory, Survey, Meet, Research, Chats, Knowledge and Security Center.
- The AI Software Factory Architect turns ideas into buildable specs for One3 Factory. It is planned for W5.
- Every agent-authored change is attributed to the agent in history, including when a human edits it later.
Cost and return
The Investment & ROI Ledger records rent, AI usage and review time. Results are tracked as KPIs such as PR acceptance, escaped defects, change failure rate and doc freshness, measured against your previous process.
Planned waves: W3 for the Product Manager Assistant, Scrum Master, Developer and Technical Writer; W4 for most others; W5 for the Factory Architect.
