Rent ready-made AI Digital Employees that grow your business

Each one is trained for a specific business role, works inside your One3 software, follows your policies, is supervised by your team, and reports what you invested and what it returned.

The business model

Clients don't buy modules; they rent AI workers that use the modules for them, with a live investment statement.

Rental is the headline model, layered on the software subscription. Agents need One3's apps as their tools, data and audit trail, so the software stays underneath every rental. An agent can only use Actions of modules the tenant subscribes to: renting an AI SDR requires CRM.

The value stack has four layers:

  • Software: One3 apps such as CRM, Marketing, Desk, Ads, Content and Billing.
  • Agents: rentable Digital Employees that operate the apps.
  • Squads: goal-packaged teams of agents (Revenue Agent Suites).
  • Outcomes: measured, attributed, contracted results.

The Investment & ROI Ledger runs across all of them.

Pricing starts with rent + usage credits + optional performance bonus. Pure revenue share or pay-per-outcome comes only after the attribution ledger has been trusted for a defined period with a low dispute rate. One3 publishes structures and formulas here, not prices; prices are set from pricing tests.

Pricing structures (formulas, not prices)

M4 Outcome-pricedmin(Price_per_outcome × Verified_Outcomes, Monthly_cap) + P × (1 + m_p)W4+, only if the outcome-pricing gate passes

What the symbols mean

R = monthly rent per agent · C = credits consumed × credit price · P = pass-through costs (messaging, calls, data services) billed at cost plus margin m_p · B = performance bonus · S = squad discount factor.

Verified_Outcomes counts only outcomes that meet the Outcome Contract definition, after the dispute window closes.

The rental lifecycle

Nine stages from first look to offboarding. Each stage has entry and exit criteria and something you can see.

  1. 1

    1. Discover

State your goal, industry, language, stack and budget. You get a shortlist and a cost and return **range** with stated assumptions — a recommendation card, not a promise.

  2. 2

    2. Sandbox trial

Templates at Listed level or above can be trialled on synthetic or redacted data. You get a trial scorecard and an estimated monthly investment range.

  3. 3

    3. Contract

Rent, credits, caps, SLA, outcome terms and data processing terms are signed in a RentalContract.

  4. 4

    4. Onboard

Knowledge, permissions, brand voice and persona policy are set; connections must be healthy in the Connector Health Center; the baseline is frozen. You issue a mandate: purpose, allowed Actions, channels, spend limit and expiry.

  5. 5

    5. Probation

Shadow mode (A1), then drafts for approval (A2), until agreement and edit-rate thresholds are met per skill. You get a shadow report.

  6. 6

    6. Supervised production

Works at A3 within caps and policies. You see a live spend meter and a weekly digest.

  7. 7

    7. Monthly review

Agent Investment Statement, scorecard and recommendations. The decision is recorded in the Decision Journal.

  8. 8

    8. Decide

Continue; retrain through the Training Gym with a new version and canary; replace through the Replacement Engine (shadow both, then cut over); or return.

  9. 9

    9. Offboard

Mandate and identity revoked, data exported, tenant memory and adapters deleted, final statement and deletion certificate.

SLA, refund and replacement rules

RuleWhat it means
TrialNo rent during a sandbox trial. Pass-through costs are zero because the sandbox doesn't contact real people.
Probation guaranteeIf a Verified agent fails probation within the defined period because of agent quality (not client data or connectivity), the rent for that period is credited.
Uptime SLAAgent availability is tied to platform SLOs. Breaches are credited per the SLA table.
ReplacementRequest a replacement version or template at any time. Your context is preserved. No new setup fee for same-family replacements.
ReturnMonthly cancellation by default; annual plans follow contract terms. Deletion completes within a defined window (planned ≤ 30 days, to be verified against DPDP rules).
Pass-through costsNever refunded once incurred with third parties, but always itemised.

Mandate rule

A rented agent cannot dispatch anything without a client-issued mandate. Return, cancellation or offboarding revokes the mandate first, then exports or deletes tenant memory per contract.

What you can rent

Planned rental products, by wave.

Single agents

Role templates such as AI SDR, Support Triage & Reply Assistant or Collections Reminder Assistant from the Digital Employee Store (W2).

Revenue Squads

Goal-packaged teams: Lead Generation, Local Business Growth and Cash Collection squads are planned for Year 1.

Agency resale

Agencies rent at wholesale and resell under their own brand with their own margin (W2).

Outcome terms

Capped performance bonuses from W3, after Outcome Contracting; outcome pricing only after the attribution gate.

Questions about renting

Do I still need a software subscription?

Yes. Rental is layered on the software. Agents use the Actions of the modules you subscribe to.

Are there published prices?

Not yet. The plan defines pricing structures and formulas. Prices come from pricing tests with design partners.

Is outcome-based pricing available?

Not at launch. It needs a trusted attribution ledger, a low dispute rate and counsel-approved contracts. A capped performance bonus is planned for W3.

Can I cancel monthly?

Monthly cancellation is the default. Annual plans follow their contract terms.

What happens to my data when I return an agent?

It is exported in an open format, then memory, adapters, caches and indexes are deleted and you receive a deletion certificate. Backups expire per the disclosed retention policy.

When can I rent?

First-party rental with 20 Listed and 6 Verified templates is planned for W2, late in Year 1.
