Industry Edition · I-4
Appointments, billing, pharmacy stock and patient communication, with consent at the centre.
The Clinic & Healthcare Edition is planned for clinics and small healthcare providers. It covers appointments, patient records for administration, billing, pharmacy and lab orders, with non-clinical AI agents and strict consent controls.
Clinics lose time to scheduling, no-shows, billing questions and stock checks. The Clinic & Healthcare Edition is designed to handle the administrative side of a clinic on one patient record, while keeping clinical decisions with clinicians.
How the work runs
- Appointments. Calendar & Booking publishes booking pages per doctor and location. Patients book, reschedule and get reminders by WhatsApp or SMS.
- Patients. CRM holds the patient's administrative profile and visit history. Consent is recorded before any data is used for messages or shared with third parties.
- Prescriptions, pharmacy and lab orders. Prescriptions and lab orders entered by clinicians are tracked to fulfilment. Inventory & Warehouse manages pharmacy stock with batch and expiry.
- Billing. Billing & Invoicing raises bills for consultations, procedures, medicines and tests, and records payments.
- Calls and answers. Contact Center handles calls. Knowledge holds clinic policies, timings and preparation instructions, so staff and agents give consistent answers.
Digital Employees (non-clinical)
The plan includes two healthcare-admin roles. An AI Clinic Front Desk Agent books and manages appointments, sends reminders, handles registration and answers billing questions. It gives no medical advice. An AI Medical Billing & Claims Assistant checks bills for completeness, assembles claim documents and follows up on delays. Both are labelled non-clinical, work for your front desk and billing staff under supervision, and escalate anything clinical to a person.
Clinical boundaries
One3 does not plan clinical decision support in this Edition. Any such feature would need a medical-device regulatory review first. ABDM integration scope, health data consent and clinical establishment rules are pointers to confirm with counsel.

Regulatory pointers
Rules this Edition is designed around
- ABDM integration scope and health data consent requirements. Verify with counsel.
