Industry Edition · I-38
Franchisee onboarding, royalties, SOP audits and performance league tables.
The Franchise Network Edition is planned for franchisors. It covers franchisee onboarding and training, royalty calculation, SOP compliance audits with photo checklists, local marketing kits and performance league tables.
Franchisors grow through partners they do not manage day to day. Consistency, royalties and support decide whether the network holds together, and problems at one outlet can hurt the brand everywhere. The Franchise Network Edition is designed to give the franchisor one view of every outlet.
How the work runs
- Franchisee onboarding. Portals gives each franchisee a workspace for documents, checklists and communication. Learning delivers SOP training and certifications for owners and staff.
- Outlet sales. Franchisee outlets bill on POS, so sales data is consistent across the network.
- Royalty calculation. Royalties and fees are calculated from outlet sales. Billing & Invoicing raises royalty invoices with GST.
- SOP compliance audits. Internal Audit runs audit plans per outlet with photo checklists. Findings become follow-up tasks with due dates.
- Local marketing kits. The franchisor shares approved creatives and campaigns through the portal so outlets stay on brand.
- Performance league tables. Dashboards rank outlets on sales, audit scores and customer feedback. Operational Excellence turns recurring gaps into improvement projects.
Digital Employees
An AI Store Operations Assistant prepares outlet task lists and shift notes. An AI Compliance Monitor collects audit evidence and flags gaps. An AI Learning & Development Designer builds SOP courses from the operations manual. An AI AR & Collections Specialist follows up royalty invoices. They work for the franchisor's operations team under supervision. Audit outcomes and penalties are decided by people.
Compliance
Franchise agreements, state stamp duty and GST on royalty apply. These are pointers to confirm with counsel.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Franchise Network Edition available today?
Not yet. The Franchise Network Edition is planned for wave W5. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.
Do franchisees need their own subscription?
The plan is for franchisees to work inside the franchisor's network through portals and outlet workspaces. Commercial terms are still to be set.
How do photo audits work?
Auditors or outlet staff complete checklists with photos. Findings become tasks, and the franchisor reviews scores.
