Industry Edition · I-25

Admissions, timetable, attendance, report cards, transport and the parent app.

The K-12 School Edition is planned for schools. It covers admissions, timetable, attendance, exams and report cards, school transport, fee concessions and a parent app built on the portal pattern.

Planned · Year 3 (W4)

Schools manage hundreds of students, their parents, teachers, buses and fees, while meeting board and government reporting rules. The K-12 School Edition is designed to bring that into one student record with a parent app on top.

How the work runs

  • Admissions. Applications are received, reviewed and confirmed, with documents stored against the student.
  • Timetable and attendance. Classes, sections and timetables are set up for the year. Attendance & Leave records student and staff attendance.
  • Exams and report cards. Learning holds assessments. Marks are entered by teachers and report cards generated per term.
  • Fees and concessions. Billing & Invoicing manages fee structures, instalments and approved concessions.
  • Transport. Fleet tracks buses, routes, drivers and vehicle compliance documents.
  • Parent app. Portals and the Citizen Services Portal pattern give parents a service portal for notices, attendance, report cards, fee payment and requests. Chats connects teachers and parents within school rules.

Digital Employees

An AI Fee & Parent Communication Agent sends fee reminders and attendance notices. An AI Admissions Counsellor answers admission enquiries during the intake. An AI Tutor & Assessment Assistant offers practice material; grades stay with teachers. An AI Document Controller keeps student records classified and retained. They work for school staff under supervision.

Compliance

Board affiliation norms, UDISE+ reporting, child data protection with verifiable parental consent under the DPDP Act and transport safety rules apply. The Edition is designed to keep consent and reporting records ready. These are pointers to confirm with counsel.
