Build & Ecosystem · App 19

Extend your business safely with apps, agents, experts and partners

Every listing, expert task, contract, credential and transaction in the One3 Ecosystem is designed to run through the same approvals, audit trail and single invoice you use inside your tenant.

Planned · Year 1 (W2)9 modulesYear 1: Substitute only
Every business on One3 can safely extend what it runs, who works for it and whom it trades with: software, agents, experts, contractors and counterparties. It does this with the same governance, evidence and single invoice it already trusts inside its own tenant. Third-party assets inherit kernel risk tiers and reversibility, ranking favours measured outcomes over stars, money moves only through licensed partners, and India trust rails such as GSTIN, PAN and bank verification are built in where the plan allows (verify).

The One3 Ecosystem is a portal, not a tenant app. It serves two sides. Tenants use it through the Marketplace and through escalation and workforce features inside their own apps. Participants (developers, ISVs, agencies, implementation partners, experts, course creators, model publishers and verified organisations) sign up separately, publish under the Marketplace Trust Standard and are paid through licensed payment partners.

Nine modules

  • Marketplace (W2 eligible, alpha Year 2 H2): governed Packs, agent templates, connectors, MCP servers, templates and services.
  • Developer & Partner Portal (W3): submissions, review findings, telemetry, payouts, partner tiers and deal registration.
  • One3 Academy (W3): courses, labs, exams and certification.
  • Human Expert Cloud (W4): agents and users escalate scoped tasks to vetted experts.
  • Freelancer & Gig Management (W4): contracts, timesheets, invoices and TDS for independent contractors.
  • Credentials (W4): Open Badges 3.0 credentials linked to skills.
  • Staffing & Contract Labour (W5): placements, contract attendance, wages and statutory evidence.
  • Model Marketplace (W5): licence-checked models evaluated on your own tasks.
  • Agent Network (W6): verified company-to-company agent RFQs, negotiation and settlement.

How it works with the rest of One3

Every install, consent, escalation, contract, issuance, enablement and RFQ is an Action on the kernel Action Bus. Each has an actor, a risk tier, a reversibility class, a policy check and an audit record. A third-party Pack can never lower a risk tier or exceed the installing tenant's entitlements.

Cross-tenant data moves only through a few audited paths: time-boxed guest access grants for experts and support, a published catalogue that carries no tenant business data, public credential verification and, later, typed network messages.

Participants, experts, freelancers and contract workers are stored as shared party records in the tenant that engages them. Gig payments post to Accounts, wages go to Payroll, invoices to Billing, credentials to Core HR skill profiles and models to Model Hub. Rentable Digital Employees are listed here but contracted through AI Workforce, and their costs and returns appear in the Investment & ROI Ledger.

Built on trust rails

One3 is not a bank, payment aggregator, escrow agent or employer of record. Payouts and escrow are instructions to licensed partners. KYC and KYB come before anyone earns or binds. Agents that contact experts, freelancers, workers or counterparties disclose that they are AI acting for a named organisation. Every feature that depends on a regulatory or provider fact stays behind a flag until that fact is verified.

Problems solved

What One3 Ecosystem fixes

Third-party code and agents without runtime limits

Suite marketplaces validate listings at submission, but buyers rarely see runtime-enforced risk tiers, declared egress or permission diffs. One3 uses signed manifest scopes, sandboxed runtimes, a kill switch and re-consent on scope change.

Agents sold like software, with no ROI evidence

Agent listings are priced per subscription or action without KPIs or SLAs. One3 lists rentable Digital Employees with KPIs, trials, SLAs and ROI Ledger evidence.

Stars and installs that can be gamed

Ratings and AI-written reviews erode trust. One3 accepts reviews only from verified installs and engagements and weighs measured outcomes above stars.

Agent dead-ends that leave the system

When an agent needs a licensed human, teams email a CA and lose the audit trail. Human Expert Cloud keeps the task, context and deliverable inside the workspace.

Freelancers and contract labour on spreadsheets

TDS, GST and contract-labour obligations are tracked by hand. One3 adds freelancer and staffing modules on shared party, attendance, payroll and accounts records (verify rules with counsel).

Credentials detached from work

Badges live on separate networks. One3 issues Open Badges 3.0 credentials linked to skill profiles, expert verification and partner tiers.

Model choice without your own evaluation

Model hubs show generic benchmarks. One3 evaluates candidate models on your own golden tasks before enabling them.

B2B sourcing that stops at leads

Negotiation, PO and settlement happen on phone and WhatsApp with no audit. Agent Network is designed to run them as typed, approved, audited steps.

Key capabilities

What you can do

Permission diff before install

See every object, Action, risk tier, reversibility class and egress domain a listing requests, generated from its signed manifest.

Outcome-weighted ranking

Ranking and reputation favour measured task success, reverse rate, uptime and SLA adherence over star ratings.

Kill switch on every listing

One3 and tenant admins can disable a listing, model route, expert grant or network agent at once.

Expert escalation from any agent

Agents hand hard cases to verified experts with redacted context, deliverable schemas, SLAs and audited access.

Freelancer and contract workforce on shared records

Contracts, timesheets, TDS, wages and statutory evidence connect to Accounts, Payroll and Attendance.

Verifiable credentials

Open Badges 3.0 credentials with free public verification and links to skill profiles and partner tiers.

Models tested on your own tasks

Licence-checked models and adapters are evaluated on your golden tasks before they become a route.

Money only through licensed partners

Payouts, escrow and settlement are instructions to licensed partners with reconciliation; One3 holds no funds.

One invoice

Listings, rentals, expert tasks, courses, credentials and transactions are designed to bill through one GST invoice per tenant (verify tax treatment).

Workflows

How the work flows

End-to-end workflows inside the app and across One3.

Install a listing safely

A tenant user requests a Pack or connector, an approver checks the permission diff and the install registers its Actions with a rollback point.

  1. 1.User requests a listing with a business reason
  2. 2.Entitlements and dependencies are checked
  3. 3.Approver reviews the permission diff, cost and risk
  4. 4.Rollback point is created and the signature verified
  5. 5.Actions are registered under a scope ceiling
  6. + 1 more steps →

Publish a listing

A developer builds in a sandbox, self-checks, submits and moves through review and staged rollout to a paid public listing.

  1. 1.Join the programme and verify the organisation
  2. 2.Build in a sandbox with the CLI and SDK
  3. 3.Run the self-check and fix findings
  4. 4.Submit for automated and human review
  5. 5.Roll out privately, then beta, then public
  6. + 1 more steps →

Escalate to a human expert

A Digital Employee hits a case needing a licensed human and hands it to a verified expert with a redacted context bundle.

  1. 1.Agent creates a typed task and pauses its run
  2. 2.Redaction and conflict filters apply
  3. 3.Tenant approves the bundle preview
  4. 4.Expert accepts or quotes
  5. 5.Expert works through a time-boxed grant
  6. + 1 more steps →

Freelancer contract to payment

Onboard a freelancer, contract, approve work, compute TDS and GST and pay through the tenant's rails.

  1. 1.Invite and onboard with PAN, GSTIN and bank verification
  2. 2.Issue and sign a contract from a template
  3. 3.Approve deliverables or timesheets
  4. 4.Match the invoice and compute TDS and GST
  5. 5.Approve payment under delegation of authority
  6. + 1 more steps →

Learn and get certified

A learner completes a track with sandbox labs, passes an exam and receives a verifiable credential.

  1. 1.Enrol in a track
  2. 2.Complete lessons and sandbox labs
  3. 3.Pass an exam with integrity checks
  4. 4.Receive a signed certification or Open Badges credential
  5. 5.Share with a partner tier, employer or public link

Evaluate and enable a model

A tenant tests a licence-checked model on its own tasks before enabling it as a governed route.

  1. 1.Review card, licence and estimate
  2. 2.Accept the licence
  3. 3.Run tenant evals in a sandbox
  4. 4.Pass a governance check for high-risk uses
  5. 5.Enable with limits and fallback, then canary

AI inside

AI skills that act through governed Actions

Every AI skill runs through the same typed Actions people use, with risk tiers, approvals and an audit trail.

Catalogue semantic search A4

Permission- and entitlement-filtered search across listings, experts, courses and models.

Review triage assistant A2

Classifies submissions by risk, clusters findings and proposes a decision reason; the reviewer decides.

Claim linter A3

Checks listing copy, course pages, expert profiles and model cards against public claim rules.

Prompt-injection scanner A3

Scans submitted skills, prompts, manifests, courses and model cards; critical hits route to a human.

Review-fraud and related-party detection A2

Produces ranked signals with evidence; removing a review is a human Action.

Marketplace recommendations A3

Suggests listings from tenant goals, stack and gaps and explains why; never installs on its own.

Expert task drafting and matching A2

Turns a stuck agent run or record into a scoped task and ranks verified experts with an explanation.

Payout reconciliation explainer A2

Explains why a partner statement line does not match the ledger; never adjusts the ledger.

Tenant model evaluation A3

Runs golden tasks against a candidate model in a sandbox within budget.

Bounded negotiation A3

Exchanges typed offers within the Constitution envelope; every binding step is R4 with a named human.

Security & compliance

Built to be trusted

Four parties, each sees only what was granted

Row-level security on every ecosystem table and only a few audited cross-tenant paths: guest access grants, a published catalogue with no tenant business data, public credential verification and, later, typed network messages.

Third-party code never runs in the kernel

Listings run declaratively, in a One3 sandbox runtime or developer-hosted behind declared egress. Scopes come from a signed manifest, not marketing copy.

Masked by default

Sensitive personal data is masked unless a named human unmasks it with a reason. Identity numbers are stored only as masked display forms, hashes and provider references.

No custody of money

There is no custody table. Payouts and escrow are instructions to licensed partners with idempotency keys, four-eyes approval and step-up.

Publishers get counts, not customers

Telemetry is aggregated above a minimum-tenant threshold, and support access needs a buyer-issued grant every time.

Regulatory pointers, not legal advice

DPDP, TDS, GST, contract-labour, eSign and payments items are mapped as pointers. Each must be verified with counsel and in the Fact Register before the feature turns on.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Ecosystem part of my One3 subscription?

It is a portal, not a tenant app. Tenants reach it through the Marketplace and escalation features; modules are sold by revenue share, per task, per credential, per transaction or as add-ons. Partners and experts sign up separately.

What is available in Year 1?

No Ecosystem module is planned for Year 1. The first-party Digital Employee Store in AI Workforce is the substitute, and a Marketplace alpha is planned for Year 2 H2.

Can a third-party Pack bypass our approvals?

No. Third-party Actions inherit kernel risk tiers, approvals, audit and reversibility, and can never exceed the installing tenant's entitlements.

Does One3 hold money for payouts or escrow?

No. Payouts, escrow and settlement are instructions to licensed partners. One3 does not hold funds unless a licence is deliberately obtained.

Are One3's own listings treated differently?

No. First-party listings, experts, courses and models pass the same review and ranking rules and are labelled "by One3".

Will agents replace our experts or freelancers?

No. Agents work for your team under supervision and escalate to human experts when judgement, a licence or accountability is needed.
