Industry Roles Digital Employees
Eighteen planned Digital Employees built for Industry Editions: real estate, education, healthcare admin, retail, manufacturing, construction, logistics, hospitality and financial services.
Industry Digital Employees are designed for the workflows of a specific Industry Edition. They use the same platform, policy engine and scorecards as every other role, plus the entities and rules of their industry: site visits and milestone billing in real estate, admissions and fee reminders in education, appointments and claims in clinics, shelf gaps in retail, production schedules in manufacturing, site diaries and BOQs in construction, trips in logistics, reservations in hospitality and applications in financial services.
Some industries carry extra limits:
- Healthcare roles are non-clinical. They book, remind, register and assemble claims. They give no medical advice.
- Financial services roles do not make credit decisions. The Loan/Policy Application Assistant is advisory and uses licensed KYC providers. Regulated collections follow conduct rules on hours and language, which must be verified per regulator.
- Education: grades are teacher-reviewed.
How they work
Each role is part of an Industry Edition and becomes available when that edition and its apps are ready. Each Edition needs signed design partners in its industry before it is built.
Cost and return
The Investment & ROI Ledger records rent, AI usage, messaging and call costs and supervision time, and tracks industry KPIs such as visit conversion, collection efficiency, no-show rate and claim rejection rate, measured against your previous process.
Planned waves: W3 for real estate and education roles, W4 and W5 for the rest.
