Legal & Compliance Digital Employees are designed to help in-house legal, compliance and privacy teams keep up with volume. They flag contract risk against your playbook, assemble first drafts from approved templates, track obligations and deadlines, test controls continuously, run data-principal requests under DPDP, watch for regulatory changes and maintain internal policies.
Legal conclusions are advisory; lawyers decide. These agents produce reports, redline suggestions and drafts. They do not give legal advice, sign contracts or send legal notices. Where advice is needed, work is routed to a licensed professional.
How they work
- They operate Contracts (CLM), GRC, Trust & Audit, Admin & Policy, Research, Docs and Drive.
- Erasure of personal data is R4 and always needs human approval with a second factor.
- Regulatory summaries are pointers for your counsel to verify, not legal advice.
Cost and return
