The Dairy Co-operative Edition is planned for dairy co-operatives and milk collection businesses. It covers collection centres, fat/SNF-based pricing, farmer payments, cattle feed sales and chilling-centre IoT, working offline at the village.
A dairy co-operative collects milk twice a day from many farmers, prices each delivery by quality and pays on a fixed cycle. Collection centres are often in villages with weak connectivity. The Dairy Co-operative Edition is designed for that rhythm.
How the work runs
- Collection centres. Each centre records farmer, shift, quantity, fat and SNF for every delivery. Edge Sync keeps collection working offline and syncs when the network returns.
- Fat/SNF pricing. Rate charts convert fat and SNF readings into a price per litre, so every farmer's amount is calculated the same way.
- Farmer payments. Accounts totals deliveries for each payment cycle, applies deductions such as cattle feed purchases, and records payments. Statements reach farmers on the WhatsApp channel.
- Cattle feed and inputs. Inventory & Warehouse tracks feed and other supplies sold at centres. Billing & Invoicing records sales, including deduction from milk payments.
- Chilling centres. IoT Hub monitors chiller temperature and alerts staff when readings go out of range.
Digital Employees
An AI AR & Collections Specialist tracks feed credit and deductions. An AI Maintenance Planner creates work orders when chilling equipment shows warning signs. An AI Voice Support Agent answers farmer questions about payments and statements in Indian languages. An AI Inventory Replenishment Specialist drafts feed reorders per centre. They work for co-operative staff under supervision. Rate charts and payments are approved by people.
