Six planned Digital Employees that triage requisitions, source and compare suppliers, prepare negotiations, score vendors and track renewals. Buyers send offers and approve POs.
Procurement Digital Employees are designed to shorten the path from requisition to purchase order. They triage requisitions, plan sourcing, find and qualify suppliers, draft RFQs, compare quotes, prepare negotiation positions, score supplier performance and warn you before vendor contracts auto-renew.
Each role reports to a named buyer or procurement head. The AI Negotiation Assistant prepares positions and counter-offer drafts, but a person sends them. Supplier commitments stay with your team.
How they work
- They operate Procurement, Research, Contracts (CLM), Inventory & Warehouse, Portals and GRC.
- Vendor onboarding checks, such as GSTIN and PAN verification, run through licensed providers.
- Supplier scores use objective measures such as on-time-in-full delivery, quality and price variance, so disputes can be traced to data.
Cost and return
The Investment & ROI Ledger records rent, AI usage, data lookups and your team's review time. Savings identified and savings against first quote are reported against a baseline your team confirms. Cost savings are only credited with a tenant-confirmed baseline.
