Become a design partner

Construction projects run across many sites, subcontractors and material suppliers. Progress is reported late, material is wasted and RA bills are slow. The Construction Edition is designed to connect the site to the office on one project record.

How the work runs

  • BOQ and planning. Projects holds the bill of quantities, work packages and milestones. Each BOQ line links to materials, labour and subcontract work.
  • Materials. Procurement raises purchase orders against the BOQ. Inventory & Warehouse tracks site stores and material issued to each activity, so consumption can be compared with the BOQ.
  • Subcontractors and labour. Subcontract work orders and labour deployment are tracked per site. Measurements feed RA bills.
  • RA bills. Running account bills are prepared from measured quantities, approved by the project manager and posted to Accounts.
  • Equipment. Assets & Maintenance tracks plant and machinery, with maintenance work orders. Field Service supports site teams with checklists and visits.
  • Site diaries. Engineers capture daily diaries and photos. Photo AI tags progress against activities and flags possible delays.

Digital Employees

An AI Site Progress Reporter compiles daily diaries, tags photo progress and flags delays. An AI BOQ & Material Planner checks quantities against the BOQ and drafts material requisitions. An AI Collections & Milestone Billing Agent follows up on client payments after RA bills are certified. They work for project managers and site engineers under supervision. Purchase orders and payments stay behind human approval.

Compliance

Contract labour, Labour Codes and GST on works contracts affect every project. The Edition is designed to keep the evidence on file; obligations must be confirmed with counsel.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Construction Edition available today?

Not yet. The Construction Edition is planned for wave W4. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.

Can photos really track progress?

The plan uses photo AI to tag site photos against activities as a suggestion. Engineers confirm progress; the AI does not certify work.

Does it handle subcontractor billing?

Yes, that is the design. Subcontract work orders, measurements and bills are tracked per site and posted to Accounts after approval.
