Industry Edition · I-5
One catalogue and one order book across stores, online and WhatsApp.
The Retail Edition is planned for multi-store and omnichannel retailers. POS, online store, inventory, loyalty, marketing and accounts share one item master and order book, with AI agents for store operations and merchandising.
Retailers sell through stores, their own website, WhatsApp and marketplaces, but stock, prices and customers often live in different systems. The Retail Edition is designed to run all channels from one catalogue and one order book.
How the work runs
- Stores. POS handles billing, cashier shifts and discounts, and keeps working offline through Edge Sync. Each sale reduces stock in Inventory & Warehouse.
- Omnichannel orders. Online Store, POS and WhatsApp orders share one Order entity. Stock is reserved centrally, so a customer can buy online and pick up in store.
- Supplier replenishment. Inventory tracks stock per store and warehouse, and reorder proposals go to buyers for approval.
- Loyalty and marketing. Points accrue from every channel in Loyalty & Referrals. Marketing Automation runs segments and campaigns over the same customer record.
- Accounts. Sales, returns and supplier bills post to Accounts with GST, ready for e-invoicing where it applies.
- ONDC. The plan includes ONDC participation so the same catalogue can be listed on the network.
Digital Employees
An AI Store Operations Assistant produces shelf-gap reports, task lists and shift handover notes. An AI Merchandising & Pricing Analyst analyses sell-through and proposes markdowns. An AI Inventory Replenishment Specialist drafts reorder and transfer proposals. Each works for store and category managers under supervision. Price changes and purchase orders above set limits go to the Approvals Inbox.
Store teams stay in charge
Store managers decide prices, staffing and promotions. Agents handle the repetitive checks and paperwork so staff can spend more time with customers.
Challenges
What this Edition is designed to solve
Stock that does not match
Each channel shows different stock, causing cancelled orders and lost sales.
Disconnected loyalty
Customers earn points in store but not online, or the reverse.
Manual replenishment
Reorders depend on store managers noticing gaps.
GST and e-invoicing load
Sales across channels must reconcile with tax filings.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Retail Edition available today?
Not yet. The Retail Edition is planned for wave W4. Each Industry Edition needs three signed design partners in that industry, a named domain expert and counsel sign-off before it is built.
Does POS work offline?
Yes, that is the design. POS uses Edge Sync to keep billing during internet outages and syncs when the connection returns.
Can we sell on ONDC?
ONDC participation is planned for this Edition, subject to the network's participation terms. Verify obligations with counsel.
