Meta and Google performance tied to CRM outcomes, with budget gates for people and agents

Planned · Year 1 (W2)Sold as: Add-onInside the Year-1 boundaryC-57

Ads gives tenants and agencies one view of paid performance across Meta and Google tied to CRM outcomes. People and rented agents can change budgets and pause campaigns safely within approval and spend limits.

One view of paid performance

Ads, planned for Wave 2 from beta to GA, connects Meta and Google Ads accounts through OAuth, including several accounts per client sub-account, with business verification status, currency and time zone captured. Campaign-level insights sync daily, covering impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion value, with upserts when platforms restate numbers. Ad set and ad-level metrics include creative identifiers. Multi-currency reporting keeps each account's currency and converts with a rate date.

The cross-channel ROAS dashboard shows platform-reported ROAS beside CRM-attributed ROAS per campaign and channel, so you can see the gap between what the platform claims and what closed. A pacing forecast compares month-to-date spend and projected month-end spend against plan.

Safe changes

Budget changes are R3 Actions. A request needs a reason, passes DoA and per-agent daily limit checks, and goes to approval with before and after values and forecast impact. Pausing and resuming campaigns is an R2, fully reversible Action. Agent spend limits cap the daily spend each agent can control per ad account and block changes above it. Changes made directly in an ad platform are detected on sync and recorded as external changes.

Spend and returns in the ledger

Daily spend controlled by an agent is posted to the Investment & ROI Ledger with its source connector and freshness. Won CRM deals are uploaded to ad platforms as offline conversions, deduplicated on deal id and checked for consent purpose. Lead ads create CRM leads with campaign attribution.

Agents and reports

The Ads Budget Pacer paces spend within caps, and the AI Paid Ads Specialist triages anomalies such as spend spikes, CPA jumps, disapprovals and delivery drops versus a rolling baseline. Creative performance links to One3-generated assets and their provenance in Creative Studio. White-label client ads reports carry commentary approved by a human.

Campaign creation and edits, audience sync from consented segments, LinkedIn Ads and click-to-WhatsApp linkage are planned for Wave 3, and further platforms for Wave 4. Platform API access is tracked in the Fact Register.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent increase my ad budget?

Only within the daily spend limit you set for that agent on that ad account. Anything above it, or above DoA, needs R3 approval.

Why show two ROAS numbers?

Platform-reported ROAS and CRM-attributed ROAS often differ. Showing both side by side makes the gap visible.

Which ad platforms are supported?

Meta and Google Ads in Wave 2, LinkedIn Ads in Wave 3 and further platforms in Wave 4, subject to verified API access.
