OKR & Scorecards

OKRs, balanced scorecards and rocks on one cascade, updated from data

Planned · Year 2 (W3)Sold as: CoreC-99

OKR & Scorecards gives every team a method lens on a common cascade, so objectives align from company to team and key results update from data. Check-ins are cheap, including by WhatsApp reply, and AI flags weak OKRs and at-risk results.

One cascade, several methods

Teams use different management methods. OKR & Scorecards, planned for W3, supports OKRs, the balanced scorecard (financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth perspectives with a strategy map) and a generic scorecard and rocks lens with weekly measurables, quarterly rocks and an issues list. Every method object maps to the same cascade entity, so alignment, forecasting and AI reasoning work across methods.

OKRs that update themselves

Objectives have an owner (a person, a team, or an agent with a human sponsor), period, weight, confidence and status. Key results can be metric-based (baseline to target), milestones or binary. Metric-bound KRs update automatically from One3 module metrics and the semantic layer, with an evidence badge. External KR sources such as Jira, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Excel Online connect through Integration Hub with connector health gating.

Cheap check-ins

Weekly check-ins capture value, confidence, blockers and a comment, through web, the PWA or a WhatsApp reply flow. After Meet is available, check-in values can be proposed from meeting transcripts and forwarded status emails, each proposal citing its source excerpt.

Quality and alignment

AI drafts OKRs from strategy and goals and flags common problems: output-style KRs, missing baselines, unmeasurable KRs and too many KRs. Alignment gap detection finds orphan objectives, duplicate or conflicting KRs across teams and objectives without KRs. Check-in summaries highlight at-risk KRs with reasons and evidence labels, and KR attainment forecasts show an interval where history allows, otherwise "insufficient history".

Periods, scoring and reviews

Periods can be quarters, halves, years or custom, with the Indian fiscal year as the default and overlapping annual and quarterly objectives. Scoring is configurable (0 to 1, percentage or RAG), with weighted roll-ups and tenant RAG rules. Period close supports carry-over or close per objective with retrospective notes. Weekly team review and quarterly business review packs are generated from check-ins. Restricted OKRs are visible only to named members.

Coming from another tool

Microsoft Viva Goals was retired on 31 December 2025. Importers for Viva Goals exports, CSV and XLSX templates and competitor mapping presets are planned (export schemas to be verified), with exports to XLSX, PDF, PPTX and the API. OKR scores appear as context in performance reviews but never as automatic ratings. Hoshin Kanri X-matrix and increment-planning lenses are planned for W4.
