Investor Relations
Investor updates from real metrics, with disclosure checks and secure data rooms
Investor Relations is planned to manage investors, their holdings and information rights, and to produce investor updates from immutable metric snapshots with disclosure checks. Data rooms, investor queries and shareholder consents are included.
Investors as relationships and obligations
Investor Relations, planned for W5, manages who your investors are, what they hold and what they are entitled to receive. The investor register holds funds, vehicles and partner contacts, holdings linked from the cap table, and board seats and observer rights.
Updates from real numbers
Monthly and quarterly investor update templates pull metric sections from the same immutable snapshots used by the Management Cockpit and board packs, so investors see the figures leadership saw. A narrative is drafted, approved and sent by email and portal, with read tracking. Before sending, a critic checks the draft for selective disclosure, forward-looking statements without caveats and numbers that are not in the snapshots.
Information rights and consents
An information rights calendar tracks obligations from shareholder agreements: reports, audited accounts, budgets and consent matters, with due dates and delivery evidence. Shareholder consent requests for reserved matters are sent with e-sign and tracked, and results flow to the Board Portal and Cap Table. Recurring investor KPI requests are mapped once to templates and reused per investor.
Data rooms and queries
Data rooms have folders, per-investor grants, expiry, watermarking, view analytics, NDA click-through and download controls. Inbound investor questions are assigned, answers are drafted from Knowledge with citations, approved and kept in a reuse library.
Fundraising and shareholding
A fundraising pipeline tracks prospective investors, stages, meetings, materials shared and commitments, linked to cap table round scenarios. Shareholding snapshots by holder category show movement between dates. Listed-company IR materials and IR website content are planned for W6, subject to verification of listed requirements.
