Management Cockpit
What changed, what is at risk and what needs my decision, every morning
Management Cockpit is the executive surface of the Enterprise Brain. It delivers a role-specific Morning Brief, turns issues into Decision Requests with pre-registered expectations, escalates by rule and keeps a Decision Journal.
The executive surface
Management Cockpit, planned for W3, answers three questions every morning: what changed, what is at risk, and what needs my decision. It reads signals, goals, forecasts and agent performance from across One3 and presents them with honest evidence.
Morning Brief
The Morning Brief is role-specific: the top five signals, what changed overnight, decisions awaiting the reader, today's risks and one recommended action for each. It arrives in app, by email or on WhatsApp. Executives set delivery time, channels, quiet hours, language, the maximum number of items and delegate recipients. A voice brief in Indian languages is planned for W4.
Signals and evidence
The signal feed ranks signals by severity with affected metrics and entities, evidence and a suggested owner. "Useful", "not useful" and "acted on" feedback improves signal precision. Every number and claim shows freshness, a data-quality score and an evidence level, and every recommendation shows "what would change this recommendation".
Decision Requests
A Decision Request holds the question, context links, options with expected value ranges, a recommendation, confidence, success criterion, the pre-registered expectation and DoA routing. Executives approve, test first or dismiss with a reason. One-tap approvals on the PWA are allowed for R2 to R3 requests where policy permits; R4 needs a second factor in the app. Meeting-to-decision capture turns Meet, Zoom or Teams transcripts into proposed decisions, owners, deadlines and assumptions for one-tap confirmation.
Escalation and journal
Escalation rules fire when a budget is exceeded, a value is above the DoA band, goals conflict, a critic finding is unresolved, someone attempts a Constitution violation, or calibration regresses. The Decision Journal shows my decisions, those awaiting review, outcomes against expectation and an override log with reasons.
Cockpits for every leader
The CEO Cockpit shows goal tree health, KPI forecasts against targets, the initiative portfolio, autonomy budget usage, agent workforce performance and open strategic decisions. Department cockpits for marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR and support show metric trees, running loops, experiments, agent scorecards, budget and approvals. The Weekly Business Review pack covers metrics against plan, variance explanations with evidence levels, decisions and outcomes, and next week's decisions. Immutable snapshots with data hashes feed board packs and investor updates. A human Chief of Staff can act on an executive's behalf through scoped, expiring delegation, and every such action shows "on behalf of". Calibration dashboards and the AI-oversight data feed are planned for W4.
