Migration Factory
Switch to One3 with profiling, AI mapping, dry runs, reconciliation and rollback
Migration Factory makes switching safe: profile sources, map with AI suggestions that humans approve, dry-run without writes, execute in resumable batches, reconcile, sign off and roll back by migration id. Self-serve is included; assisted migration is a paid service.
Migration is the sales motion
For agencies, the first question is "how do we move our clients?" Migration Factory is designed to answer it with evidence, not promises.
Sources
Wave 1 starts with CSV, XLSX, Google Sheets and HubSpot. Wave 2 adds GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM, then Freshdesk and Pipedrive. Mailchimp and email tools (with mandatory suppression lists) and Tally follow in Wave 3, and Zoho One and Books, Odoo, ERPNext, Salesforce, Freshworks and workflow re-expression from n8n or Workato in Waves 3–4. Every source's access terms are recorded in the Fact Register and verified.
The method
- Profile the source: objects, counts, custom fields, owners, pipelines and attachment size.
- Map in Mapping Studio: fields, pipelines, stages, statuses, tags, owners and custom fields, with value transforms and saved templates per source. AI suggests mappings with confidence and reasons; a human approves.
- Dedupe with rules that produce merge proposals, never silent merges.
- Dry run with full validation and no writes: rows per object, errors by type, unmapped fields and estimated duration.
- Execute in batches with checkpoints, idempotent by source id and migration id, writing through the target module's Actions.
- Reconcile: counts per object, sums such as deal amounts per stage, a 1% sample diff (minimum 20 records) and an orphan-relation check.
- Roll back by migration id within the retention window, with an export of what was imported (Wave 2).
Consent and traceability
Marketing consent and suppression lists must migrate. Records with missing consent are flagged "no marketing". Every migrated record carries its migration id, source system, source id and migration time.
For agencies
Wave 2 adds attachments with malware scanning, an automation inventory with suggested One3 equivalents, an agency view across sub-accounts with reusable mapping templates and bulk runs, a named tenant sign-off step and a "switch in one weekend" playbook tracker. Delta sync during coexistence is planned for Wave 3.
