Copilot
One assistant across your apps that answers with citations and acts through Actions
Copilot sits in the app shell as a chat panel and command bar. It answers with citations, navigates, summarises and acts only through Actions the user is entitled and permitted to invoke.
One assistant, every app
Copilot lives in the One3 app shell as a chat panel and a command bar with streaming responses. It is included with the Platform; AI credits are metered.
Acts only through Actions
Copilot's tools are generated from the MCP definitions of the Actions in modules the user is subscribed to and permitted to use. So Copilot can never do something the user could not do by hand, and every Action it takes gets the same approval, audit and reversibility handling as any other caller. Action cards show a preview, ask for confirmation and offer reverse or compensate where the Action allows it.
Safe with untrusted content
Copilot splits work between a privileged planner and a quarantined reader. Emails, web pages and messages are read by the quarantined reader, so untrusted content cannot trigger R3 or R4 Actions. When an answer relies on a record that is past its freshness target, Copilot shows a data-quality warning.
Answers you can check
Knowledge answers use permission-aware retrieval from the Intelligence app's Knowledge module and include citations. From Wave 1, Copilot uses the current page and selection as context, keeps conversation history per user per tenant with deletion and retention, and turns phrases like "show overdue invoices" into deep links and filtered views.
Wave 2 and beyond
Wave 2 is planned to add record, thread and dashboard summaries, saved and shared prompts, proactive next-best-Action suggestions, Hindi and Tamil conversation (each language evaluated before launch), AI credit visibility with caps, multi-step plan previews and owner commands in WhatsApp. Copilot in Slack and Teams, personal memory with visible and deletable items, voice, desktop and generated screens follow in Waves 3–4.
