Content Hub

Briefs, drafts, versions, checks, approvals and channel variants in one place

Planned · Year 1 (W1)Sold as: CoreInside the Year-1 boundaryC-59

Content Hub turns goals and campaigns into briefs, drafts, approved versions and channel variants that are on-brand, grounded and traceable. It is the system of record for text content and the coordination hub for creative work requested from other modules.

What it does

Content Hub is where a campaign becomes content. You start from a brief that carries the goal, audience, channels, languages, SEO keywords, brand kit, campaign and due date. An AI brief assistant can draft it from a campaign, squad goal or SEO brief, citing the Knowledge sources it used.

Writers work in a rich-text editor with autosave, tables, links and embedded DAM assets. Content items have a kind, such as blog, landing copy, email, WhatsApp, SMS, ad copy, social post, video script or help article. Every save-as-version creates an immutable version. You can diff versions, and restoring an old one creates a new version, so what an approver signed off never changes underneath them.

Checks before approval

Each version gets a brand-voice and claims check against the Brand Kit's voice guide: a score from 0 to 1, violations marked on the text with suggestions, and a regulated-claims flag for health, finance, political and education-outcome statements. A regulated claim always adds a human approver with the right permission. The first publication in a new or changed brand voice also needs human approval.

From one piece to every channel

Once a version is ready, channel variants repurpose it for email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, ads and more, with constraint checks for length, template variables and required disclosures. A variant that breaks a constraint cannot be approved. Hindi and Tamil variants are planned for W2 with a tenant glossary and a linguistic review step, and only after their evals pass.

Hand-off, not publishing

Content Hub never sends email, WhatsApp, posts or ads. A Use in action creates or updates the target object in Marketing, Social, Ads or Sites with the exact approved text, and that app's own publish Action runs its gates. Asset links record where each piece is used.

What is different

Because Content Hub shares a data model with Marketing and the ROI Ledger, each item shows delivery and engagement from the owning app, generation cost from the ledger and attributed return labelled as assisted or caused. Figures always show their source and freshness. Agencies get client approvals in a white-label portal, and rented agents such as the Content & SEO Assistant can draft and submit but never approve their own work or publish.

The MVP is planned for W1 with GA in W2. Real-time co-editing, refresh suggestions, audience profiles, brief cascades and a claims substantiation library are planned for W3.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone edit content after I approve it?

They can save a new version, but your approval stays pinned to the version you approved. The item returns to draft, and any hand-off already made keeps using the approved version until the new one is approved.

Does Content Hub send emails or WhatsApp messages?

No. It hands the approved variant to Marketing, the WhatsApp channel, Social, Ads or Sites, and those apps publish through their own governed Actions.

How are regulated claims handled?

The claims check flags health, finance, political and education-outcome claims. Any flagged item needs a human approver with the regulated-claims permission before it can be approved.

Can agency clients approve content?

Yes, planned for W2. Clients approve in a white-label portal and see only items shared to their sub-account. By default internal approval comes first.
