One task system for people and Digital Employees, from client boards to Gantt

Planned · Year 1 (W2)Sold as: CoreC-48

Projects plans and delivers client and internal work on one task system shared by people and Digital Employees. In Year 1 it ships only as the client work board lite for agencies; full Projects GA is planned for Year 2.

What it does

Projects is the core module of Work. Tasks are the shared unit of work for people and agents across One3.

Client work board lite (planned W2)

Year 1 scope is deliberately narrow: agencies need a client view, not a full PM suite.

  • Client work board per sub-account with configurable statuses, as a board or list.
  • Task essentials: title, rich description, assignee, accountable owner, due date, priority, tags, checklist, attachments, comments with mentions and watchers.
  • Digital Employee assignee: assign an agent with a required human owner, and see its progress, cost so far and evidence on the task.
  • Client approvals on a task or deliverable version, with approve or request changes and version history of submitted files.
  • WhatsApp and PWA approvals for owners, managers and client stakeholders.
  • Deal won to client work items from a template, and ticket to client work item from Helpdesk.
  • Board templates in agency snapshots, so new sub-accounts start with the same statuses and checklists.
  • Reminders and digests: due soon, overdue and awaiting approval, plus a daily digest per user and a client digest per sub-account.
  • Agency cross-client view of overdue items, items awaiting client approval and workload by person and agent.
  • Client-visible flag per item and per comment, internal by default.
  • CSV import and export through Migration Factory with a dry run.

Projects GA (planned W3)

Year 2 adds a project container with client, owner, dates, currency and budget header; list, board, calendar, timeline and table views; subtasks and dependencies with critical path and optional auto-scheduling proposals; milestones with client sign-off and billing milestone flags; project templates with relative dates and roles; workflow rules and WIP limits; automations with visible quotas; baselines and variance; a risk register with advisory slip prediction; AI-drafted weekly status reports that a person approves before clients see them; a workload view; goal alignment; a plan generator from a brief or SOW; capture to task from email, WhatsApp, Indic voice notes and meeting action items; client collaboration on full projects; budget and burn; agent cost on the project; recurring tasks; native mobile; migration kits; and a closure checklist.

What is different

Agents are treated as rented workers with owners, evidence and budgets rather than as hidden tool features. Projects connect directly to CRM deals, Helpdesk tickets, Timesheets & PSA, Billing and Goals, so project health and margin are visible where decisions are made.
