Developer & Partner Portal
Build, submit, track and get paid as a One3 developer or partner
The Developer & Partner Portal is where developers, ISVs, agencies and implementation partners will join the programme, submit listings, read review findings, watch telemetry and get paid. It also runs partner tiers, deal registration and referrals.
The Developer & Partner Portal is the supply-side home of the One3 Ecosystem. It is the ecosystem-facing surface of the Developer Platform capability (C-6), which the Build app owns. It is not a tenant subscription: participants join a partner programme and earn through revenue share on listings and tier benefits. It is planned for W3, launching with the Marketplace alpha in Year 2 H2. In Year 1, an agency partner tier inside Tenants & Workspaces is the substitute.
For developers and ISVs
The CLI, SDKs and Pack tooling live in Build. The portal adds everything around them:
- A docs portal with generated API and MCP reference, a Pack cookbook, sample Packs, agent patterns, security and eval guides, also served as a knowledge source for developers' own assistants.
- Sandbox tenants with synthetic data and fake payment, WhatsApp and email providers.
- A listing editor that previews the permission diff exactly as tenants will see it.
- A pre-submission self-check that runs the same scans and contract tests as review.
- A submission tracker with findings, severity, remediation guidance, reviewer questions and an SLA clock.
- Kernel release-candidate reports showing whether each listing passes contract tests against upcoming kernel versions, with fix-by dates.
- Listing telemetry: installs, active tenants, Action invocations, error rates, eval pass rates, revenue and reviews. Publishers get counts, never tenant business data.
- Earnings and payouts: statements, withholding certificates, payout profile and holds with reasons.
For partners
Agencies, SIs, ISVs, training, referral, data and industry-consultant partners apply by type. Partner tiers (Registered, Silver, Gold; Platinum and Strategic later) use evidence such as certified staff from Academy and Credentials, active clients, CSAT and quality audits. Deal registration checks conflicts against One3's own CRM, and referral links track attribution.
What is different
Review is transparent and actionable. Fees are published with advance notice of change. Support access to a customer's tenant is always time-boxed, scoped, approved by the tenant admin and audited.

Installs, active tenants, Action invocations, errors, latency, eval pass rates, revenue, churn and reviews, with no tenant business data.
Earnings, payouts and price scheduling
Statements, withholding certificates, payout holds and scheduled price changes with an enforced notice period.

Registered, Silver and Gold tiers with progress and gap views based on certified staff, clients, CSAT and audits.
Deal registration and referrals
Register opportunities with a conflict check and protection window; track referral links and attribution.
Support-access requests
Request time-boxed, scoped access to a customer's tenant for a ticket; the tenant admin approves and the session is audited.

No. Developers and partners join a partner programme. They earn through revenue share on listings and tier benefits.
Where do the CLI and SDKs come from?
The build tooling belongs to the Build app's Developer Platform. The portal handles accounts, submissions, telemetry, earnings and the partner programme.
Can I see my customers' data in telemetry?
No. Telemetry is aggregated above a minimum-tenant threshold and contains no tenant business data. Support access needs a grant from the customer each time.
When is the portal planned?
