Industry Edition · I-26
Admissions, credit-based curriculum, exams, placements, grants and accreditation data.
The University & College Edition is planned for universities and colleges. It covers admissions, credit-based curriculum, exams, placements, research grants, credentials and accreditation data rooms.
Higher education institutions run admissions, academics, placements, research and accreditation at the same time, each with its own reporting demands. The University & College Edition is designed to connect them on one student, faculty and programme record.
How the work runs
- Admissions. Recruit manages applications, interviews and offers for students and faculty, with documents stored against each applicant.
- Credit-based curriculum. Product Management's roadmap and release model is reused to plan programmes, courses and credit structures, so curriculum changes are versioned and approved.
- Teaching and exams. Learning delivers course content and assessments. Results build each student's credit record.
- Placements. Employers, drives and offers are tracked, with outcomes recorded for reporting.
- Research grants. Grants Management handles grant programmes, applications, awards, disbursements and impact reports.
- Agreements. Contracts (CLM) holds MoUs with industry partners and other institutions.
- Fees. Billing & Invoicing manages fees, scholarships and instalments.
- Credentials. Credentials issues verifiable certificates and badges.
- Accreditation data rooms. Evidence for accreditation and ranking submissions is assembled in one place.
Digital Employees
An AI Admissions Counsellor answers applicant questions and follows up applications. An AI Recruiting Coordinator schedules interviews. They work for staff under supervision.
Compliance
UGC and AICTE norms, NAAC and NIRF data requirements and academic ID systems such as APAAR and ABC apply. These are pointers to confirm with counsel.
