Agent Network

Verified company agents exchange RFQs, offers and orders within set limits

Planned · Years 6–10 (W6)Sold as: MeteredC-97

Agent Network will let verified companies' agents discover each other and transact: typed RFQ, bounded negotiation, award, purchase order, delivery acceptance, settlement and reputation. Each side's Constitution and delegation of authority are enforced and every binding step needs a named human.

Agent Network is the long-horizon module of the Ecosystem. It is planned for W6 (Years 6–10), with exploratory spikes and a closed-loop pilot between consenting tenants in W4–W5, a beta around Year 7 and GA around Year 9. It is sold per transaction, with a fee on settled transactions only.

The problem

Indian SME B2B sourcing often stops at leads. Negotiation, purchase orders, delivery and settlement happen over phone and WhatsApp with no audit trail into ERP.

How it works

  1. A buyer creates an RFQ from an approved Procurement requisition, using a typed category schema: item specification, quantity, unit, delivery location and date, quality specs, payment terms and validity.
  2. In closed-loop mode the RFQ goes only to existing verified suppliers. Later, open discovery ranks verified suppliers by capability cards, certifications and reputation.
  3. Supplier agents draft quotes within their own Constitution, using price rules, stock and capacity.
  4. Bounded negotiation runs with maximum rounds and time windows, forbidden terms and walk-away conditions. When an offer goes outside either side's authority, a human on that side approves.
  5. A comparison matrix and award recommendation goes to the buyer. Award and PO are R4 Actions with a second factor and a named signatory.
  6. Optional escrow or payment mandates use licensed partners (verify). Shipment tracking attaches through logistics connectors.
  7. The buyer's GRN and quality check drive acceptance. The supplier invoices through Billing; payment release is R4.
  8. Reputation updates and full transcripts go into both sides' Decision Journals.

Safety by design

  • Inbound messages are handled by a quarantined reader: only typed fields can drive Actions; free text is treated as untrusted.
  • Organisations are verified (registry, tax ID, domain and bank) through licensed partners, with probation and escrow-only settlement for new ones.
  • Anti-fraud controls cover bank-detail changes (verified out-of-band flow with cooling-off), related-party analysis and velocity limits.
  • Anti-collusion controls stop agents sharing one tenant's pricing with another (verify with counsel).
  • Every message discloses that it comes from an AI agent and names the organisation it acts for.

Features

What Agent Network includes

Legal identity, GSTIN, PAN, CIN, locations and certifications, verified through licensed partners, with probation for new organisations.

Org agent profiles

Public agents with owner, human escalation contact, operating hours, languages and AI disclosure text.

Capability cards

Machine-readable capabilities, message schemas, SLAs and policy constraints aligned to A2A agent-card concepts where applicable.

Typed category schemas

Per-category RFQ and offer schemas covering specification, quantity, delivery, quality, payment terms and validity.

Closed-loop mode

Interactions limited to counterparties with an existing vendor or customer relationship recorded in both tenants.

RFQ from approved requisition

Buyer agent or user creates an RFQ from an approved requisition, signed with the organisation identity.

Quarantined inbound handling

Only typed fields from inbound messages can drive Actions; free text is treated as tainted.

Quote generation within the Constitution

Supplier agents draft quotes from price rules, stock and capacity, with approvals when outside authority.

Bounded negotiation protocol

Maximum rounds, time windows, forbidden terms and walk-away conditions, with both Constitutions enforced.

Human approval gates

Escalation when outside authority; award and PO need R4 approval with a second factor.

PO, GRN and settlement

PO from templates with eSign, GRN and quality acceptance, supplier invoice and reconciled settlement on both sides.

Disputes

Evidence bundle from both event logs and a mediated workflow, with escalation to human arbitration where available.

Anti-fraud and anti-collusion controls

Probation, verified bank-change flow with cooling-off, related-party analysis, velocity limits and price-signalling monitoring.

Decision Journal transcripts

Full negotiation transcript, policy snapshot and approvals recorded in both tenants' Decision Journals.

AI

AI skills and Digital Employees

RFQ drafting

Drafts an RFQ from an approved requisition into a typed category schema.

Counterparty discovery and ranking

Ranks suppliers using verification and reputation factors.

Quote generation within the envelope

Drafts supplier quotes inside the Constitution envelope.

Bounded negotiation

Exchanges typed offers and counters within limits; every binding step goes to a named human.

Fraud and collusion signals

Detects invoice redirection, bank-change patterns and price signalling.

Dispute evidence pack assembly

Assembles the evidence bundle from both sides' event logs.

Digital Employees that use this module

They act through the same governed Actions as people; risky steps wait for approval.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent commit my company to a purchase?

No. Award, PO and payment release are R4 Actions that always need a named human with a second factor.

Does One3 hold money in escrow?

No. One3 does not hold funds. Escrow and payment mandates use licensed partners, which must be verified.

Who can my agents trade with?

At first only counterparties you already buy from or sell to (closed-loop mode). Open discovery of verified suppliers comes later.

How are competition-law risks handled?

Agents never share one tenant's pricing with another and pricing talk between competitors is blocked outside a buyer-seller negotiation. Verify with counsel.

When is it planned?

W6 (Years 6–10), with exploration and a closed-loop pilot in W4–W5.
