One3 Academy

One3 Academy is the learning and certification layer of the Ecosystem. It is planned for W3, with first-party certification tracks from Year 2 H2 (partner tiers depend on them) and a creator marketplace after the Learn runtime reaches GA. Creator courses are sold on revenue share; first-party user and admin tracks are expected to be included per plan (an open decision).

First-party tracks

• One3 User for tenant staff.
• One3 Admin for tenancy, policies, Constitution and security.
• Automation & Agent Builder for Automations, Agents Studio, evals and the autonomy ladder.
• Pack Developer for the PDK, security model and testing.
• Later: Implementation Consultant per suite and AI Governance Practitioner covering risk tiers, incidents and DPDP and AI regulation mapping.

How learning works

Learners take lessons with captions, readings, quizzes and hands-on labs in a sandbox tenant, where a validator checks the resulting objects and Actions (for example, that an approval step exists before an R3 send). Exams use question banks, randomised selection, attempt limits and cool-downs, with integrity controls such as identity confirmation and timing anomaly checks. A pass creates a signed certification record with a public verification page; from W4 it is issued as an Open Badges 3.0 credential through the Credentials module.

The learner profile works across tenants with one global login. The learner controls sharing. With consent, certifications count toward their partner organisation's tier.

Creators

From W4, verified creators can author on the Learn runtime, submit for review (media licence, plagiarism similarity, accessibility, claims and regulated-topic checks, then a domain reviewer), and publish with a price. Reviews come only from learners past a completion threshold.

Hindi and Tamil subtitles and readings, audio-only and low-resolution modes, and later apprenticeship-linked tracks where scheme rules allow (verify).
