Goal Contract
The versioned internal object that defines what a rented agent works toward, what it may do and spend, and how results are evidenced.
A Goal Contract is what a rented agent or squad actually works against. Clients rent an agent and read a statement; the Goal Contract is the internal machinery underneath.
It records the objective and outcome definition, the eligible population and exclusions, an authority envelope (allowed Actions, risk-tier and autonomy ceilings, channels, jurisdictions), budgets, the evidence method (observational or experiment), the frozen baseline, the attribution rule version, the margin source and the dispute window.
Changing eligibility, exclusions, authority or budget creates a new version; in-flight work continues under the version it started with. A squad cannot deploy without an accepted version, and outcome pricing may only price outcomes matching its definition.
