Goal
A kernel primitive that links an objective to KPIs, a plan, Actions and a measured outcome.
A Goal in One3 is not a note in a planning tool. It is a kernel primitive: objective → KPIs → plan → Actions → measured outcome. A goal such as "Increase Chennai sales 20% this quarter" is parsed into a KPI, a region, a baseline from the semantic layer and a deadline.
Goals drive the Goal to Outcome loop — diagnosis, plan, human approval of budget and autonomy, execution, monitoring, re-planning and calibration. In Year 1, goals run as squad goals: goal → squad → KPIs → weekly check-in. Full Goals & Autopilot is planned for Year 2.
For rented agents, the commercial version of a goal is the Goal Contract.
