Investment & ROI Ledger
The system that records every cost of a rented agent against the returns it can honestly be credited with.
The Investment & ROI Ledger is the heart of One3's rental model. For every agent, squad, campaign, client and agency it answers: how much did I invest, what happened and how much can be credited to the agent, and should I continue, change or stop?
It captures all-in investment — rent, AI credits, messaging and call pass-through, agent-controlled ad spend, avatar and video generation, supervision time and setup. It records returns as observed or assisted, and posts incremental value only from final experiment results. Ratios are always named by metric id. Guardrails auto-pause spend below threshold, and a monthly Agent Investment Statement goes to every renting client.
