Baseline
The frozen "before" measurement that an agent's results are compared against.
A baseline is the comparison point for a rented agent's results — by default the 90 days before rental, adjustable by the tenant. It is frozen at contract start and cannot be edited later, so results cannot be flattered by moving the goalposts.
Each baseline records its scope, metric, period, value, unit, method and source, along with a data-quality score. While no causal evidence exists, the UI says so and shows no lift number. Seasonality, discounts, price changes and pre-existing pipeline are flagged as confounders against the baseline.
