One3 Personal

A private planner, journal and assistant, with work links you control

Planned · Years 4–5 (W5)Sold as: StandaloneC-96

A personal space for tasks, notes, calendar, habits and a private journal, with an assistant that plans the day. Links to an employer are scoped, time-bound, revocable grants such as free/busy only.

What it does

One3 Personal is planned as a private space for an individual: tasks, notes, connected calendars, habits, goals and a journal, with an assistant that proposes a realistic plan for the day. It comes in two tiers, Personal Free and Personal Pro. Pro adds more AI credits, Indic voice, a personal knowledge base and automations.

Separate from work by design

The plan sets three principles. A personal space and each employer tenant are separate data domains. Work data never flows into the personal space by default, and personal data never flows into work tenants. Personal memory is portable: the user can export it, and leaving an employer revokes work grants but keeps personal data.

Links happen through WorkLinkGrants. Each grant type starts off:

  • calendar free/busy share, so the work tenant sees busy blocks with no details;
  • task mirroring, so the personal assistant sees work task titles only;
  • notification bridge, so work approvals reach the personal assistant on WhatsApp with title and link only;
  • credentials share, per request, for verified certificates;
  • personal assistant acts at work, which also needs the work tenant's policy permission.

Every grant shows a preview of what will be visible, has an expiry, can be revoked in one tap, and is logged in both spaces. A grant is allowed only if the work tenant's policy permits that type. When a work membership ends, all grants to that tenant are revoked automatically.

A journal that stays private

Journal entries are stored in an encrypted sensitivity class. They are excluded from assistant memory and search by default, never used for training, and unreadable by support. AI reflection runs only on a single entry the user asks about, and the reflection can be deleted. The journal can be locked with a separate passcode or biometric.

An assistant that proposes

The daily plan draws on tasks, habits, personal calendars and any granted work free/busy, and proposes time blocks with reasons. Nothing moves without acceptance. At GA, opt-in auto-scheduling rules can reschedule unfinished blocks, with every move logged and undoable.

One3 Personal is planned for W5, with a beta listed in Year 5 of the roadmap.

Features

What One3 Personal includes

Rich-text notes with checklists, attachments, backlinks between notes and tasks, and search.

Calendar connections

Connect personal Google, Microsoft or ICS calendars with unified day, week and agenda views (verify scopes).

Daily plan

Proposed time blocks across calendars and granted work free/busy; the user accepts, edits or rejects, and nothing moves without acceptance.

Employer exit handling

Planned for GA: when a work membership ends, grants to that tenant are revoked, mirrored work task titles are removed, and personal data is untouched.

Custom personal agents and portable memory

Planned for GA: user-defined agents with chosen data, schedule and Actions up to a low-risk ceiling, and export or import of assistant memory in an open format.

Workflow

Daily planning

  1. 1

    In the morning or on request, the assistant gathers tasks, habits, personal calendar and granted work busy blocks.

  2. 2

    It proposes time blocks with a reason for each.

  3. 3

    The user accepts, edits or rejects; accepted blocks are created in the chosen calendar.

  4. 4

    During the day, overruns are handled by opt-in rules with an undo log, or suggested for approval.

Workflow

Capture to item

  1. 1

    A WhatsApp message, voice note, share-sheet item or forwarded email arrives.

  2. 2

    Messages from unverified senders are ignored and logged.

  3. 3

    Verified input is transcribed and classified as a task, note or journal entry.

  4. 4

    The user confirms and the item is created with a link to its source.

Answers and summarises over tasks, notes and calendar with citations; journal excluded by default.

Frequently asked questions

Can my employer see my One3 Personal space?

No, not by default. Every grant type starts off. You choose what to share, see a preview, set an expiry and can revoke at any time. Your employer's policy must also allow the grant type.

Does the assistant read my journal?

Not by default. Journal entries are encrypted, excluded from assistant memory and search, and never used for training. AI reflection runs only on an entry you choose.

What happens to my personal space if I leave my job?

Grants to that employer are revoked automatically and mirrored work task titles are removed. Your personal data stays yours.

Will it move my calendar around automatically?

Only if you turn on auto-scheduling rules. Every automatic move is listed in a change log with undo. Otherwise the assistant only proposes.

What is the difference between Personal Free and Personal Pro?

Pro is planned to add more AI credits, Indic voice, a personal knowledge base and automations. Prices are not set.
