WorkLinkGrant lifecycle (One3 Personal)
An individual shares only free/busy blocks with their employer and can revoke it at any time.
Step by step
Each step is a governed Action: it is permission-checked, logged, and either reversible or compensated.
- 1
The user creates a grant, for example calendar free/busy with an expiry date.
- 2
The grant service checks that the work tenant's policy allows that grant type.
- 3
The user sees a preview of exactly what will be visible and approves.
- 4
The work tenant reads busy blocks only; each read is logged in both spaces.
- 5
The user revokes the grant; later reads are refused and the revocation is logged on both sides.
