Creator OS
Brand deals, media kit, storefront and earnings for creators in one place
A creator space that tracks sponsorships from lead to paid, builds a media kit that shows where every number came from, and sells digital products and paid sessions from one link. It includes the Solo contract, invoice, booking and portal core.
What it does
Creator OS is planned to help a creator run their business: win and deliver brand deals, show a media kit brands can trust, sell digital products and paid sessions from one link, and see earnings in one place. The plan's competitive review found no profiled creator platform that combines a sponsorship pipeline and media kit with commerce.
Creator OS includes the Solopreneur OS core of contracts, GST invoices, bookings and the client portal, and uses Creative Studio for repurposing content. It enters after Solopreneur OS reaches GA, from W4.
Deals with rights and disclosure built in
Every sponsorship moves through fixed stage categories from lead to paid. Each deal carries its deliverables with platform, format and due dates, brand review rounds, the publish URL and proof. Contracts record usage rights, exclusivity windows and payment terms, and Creator OS warns when a new deal overlaps an exclusivity window or reuses content whose rights have expired. A disclosure checklist, based on ASCI guidelines in India or the rules of other jurisdictions, must pass before a deliverable can be marked published (verify).
A media kit with sources
Channel metrics come from official platform APIs with read scopes, captured as nightly snapshots with the source and as-of date shown. Self-reported metrics are labelled as such, and the assistant refuses to present them as platform-verified. Past brand collaborations appear only with the brand's consent to be named. Creator OS is designed so that no channel connection is required: a self-reported channel is a first-class path.
Commerce from one link
A link-in-bio storefront carries the creator's profile, links, digital products, session booking and a brand inquiry form. Digital products are delivered through expiring signed links with download limits. Paid sessions are sold with payment first. At GA, courses, cohort courses, webinars, memberships, buyer newsletters and paid podcast feeds are planned.
Assistants that draft, creators who decide
The assistant drafts pitches and replies from the creator's own media kit and past deals. Rate suggestions come only from the creator's own history, never from invented market rates. Every first pitch is approved, and follow-ups can reach limited autonomy only for pre-approved templates within frequency caps. Any avatar or voice content of the creator requires a consent record in the Avatar & Voice Rights Registry.

Workflow
Digital product purchase
- 1
A buyer chooses a product on the storefront and enters email and phone.
- 2
An order is created with the payment aggregator and the buyer pays at checkout.
- 3
A signed webhook confirms payment and Creator OS creates the purchase, access grant and sales record.
- 4
The buyer gets an access page link and downloads through an expiring link; the creator is notified of the sale.
Workflow
Outreach with approvals
- 1
The creator sets target brands and categories.
- 2
The assistant researches candidates with cited sources and presents a list for review.
- 3
The creator selects brands and the assistant drafts personalised pitches.
- 4
Each first pitch is approved with a preview before sending.
- 5
A reply, bounce or opt-out stops the sequence and a reply becomes a deal lead; otherwise follow-ups use pre-approved templates or go back for approval.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to connect my YouTube or Instagram account?
No. Creator OS is designed so that no channel connection is required. Self-reported channels are supported and clearly labelled as self-reported in your media kit.
Will the assistant suggest what to charge brands?
Only from your own past deals. It never invents market rates, and negotiation briefs are advisory.
How does Creator OS handle sponsorship disclosure?
A disclosure checklist must pass before a deliverable is marked published, based on ASCI guidelines in India or the rules of other markets. These are pointers to verify, not legal advice.
How will Creator OS charge for storefront sales?
Two structures are planned for testing: a flat Creator plan, and a lower fixed fee with a capped commission. The commission route depends on tax and payment facts still to be verified. No prices are set yet.
Can I use an AI avatar or voice of myself?
Only with your own consent record in the Avatar & Voice Rights Registry, with content labelled per policy. Third-party likeness is blocked without consent.
